Just buy your things online. They had items without price tags. The store was a mess. The cashier was rude and threw my things into the bag like she hated me. Dont get me wrong. I used to work in customer service. If youre tired of customers, thats understandable. Just take a week off if you cant stand your job that much.

Meh. Not too impressed. Store was a mess and shelves were pretty empty. Probably due to the shipping shortages that are happening right now. I dont go in often and probably wont be back any time soon.

Staff is extremely rude and snippy she acted like asking about 3 different costumes was bothering her and also if the internet says you have 9 in stock you should at least have 1 left 49 minutes later!!!!!

Great place to find what you need for celebrating most things. Service is friendly and store is always clean. The only set back is that on busy days and seasons, while they do a fairly good job moving the cashier lines, and having more than one employee helping with balloons, there is really no one on the floor to assist customers. Check to see if your items that you are looking for is in store first before heading over because at times their stock is limited.

I just loveeeeeeee the ballon Bouquets I buy here every year for the past 6 years. Always pretty and last about a week or two depending on the temp in the home. This location could use more help though.

The new location is a major improvement in the size and access. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Party City is a great place or part and event based goods. We get themed and/or colored plates, utensils and table cloths for next to nothing. The decorations s d costumes are also great. The people are very friendly.

I had a positive experience at this location, nice inventory of party supplies. I wish they had a larger selection of costumes though, this store is located in a (low crime) part of town thats very diverse which is always good to see.

I go there to get different costumes for my grandbabies. They have fun playing dress up. Looking like different professional people. They have different types of balloons. Its a good place to get things for kids.

Nice, clean and a huge selection. I had an issue with a price being displayed vs what it rang up for. Paige and Rob quickly rectified the error. I received the price displayed! Great customer service!!!

Literally a whole section of a light blue color balloons not stocked which isn’t a problem. But don’t act like I’m asking you to do something outside of your job to see if you see anymore. Keep in my mind I didn’t even ask to check in the back. And another thing if I’m polite to you please be polite back.

Store staff is unorganized and rude. I ask a store worker if I could have a balloon inflated and she told me to wait in line this is at 5pm and after I stood in line I get to the front and the cashier tell me I have to wait to 7pm to inflate 1 Ballon that I already had and waited in line for 15 mins. Why couldnt they had said that when I asked before standing in line. Worst service ever!

The store was cleaned and organized, however inventory was very low and the stock personnel did not have a ticketing system, so they relied on memory to retrieve stock. There were many items that were out of stock, but the picture remained on the wall.The lines were very long, with only two people at the register. I would think people would be able to scan, retrieve and purchase their items by now. Giving 3 stars because Im assuming management was not expecting this type of influx, so they didnt have a plan to deal with it.

Not a great experience at all. Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Never received an email stating my order was ready. I called the store stating this and they said my order would be ready. Showed up, and they were looking around for my order that was NEVER found. Out of the 5 items I ordered online which stated were in stock, only 2 items were actually in stock. You open the store back up to handle normal business yet you only have 1 cashier? Not the best idea. & definitely not nice for your one employee that has to deal with all of the upset customers. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere because all I accomplished during this visit was a waste of my time!

Horrible experience. Only two registers open and the line to check out was around the exterior of the store. Management did not seem to care about how long the line was and did nothing to help her cashiers who were clearly overwhelmed. After waiting in line for 30+ minutes to checkout I can say with confidence that I will never go back to this location.

Im always glad to give credit where its due. So, I just want to say thanks to Theo, the store manager, for showing such poise and giving us great customer service today. Its not often, but once in a while, certain individuals go above and beyond to show customer appreciation. Duly noted..so, to Theo, thanks again bro! Peace

If customers got as much attention as the cashiers cell phone this would be a better review. Walked in and first thought no one was there until I realized she was behind counter texting on her phone. No hello, welcome, or acknowledgement I entered store. At time of checkout the person in front of me grabbed purchases to leave and cashier picked up her phone to text again. I approached counter and was not greeted or asked if I found what I was looking for.I understand how boring work can be when it isnt busy but the moment a warm blooded body is within the four walls nothing else is more important and if it is then its time to tell your manager you need to leave.Ill try the Athens store next time.Visited on 06/01/2020 between 3-4pm.

The Restroom was not very clean because ROSS store kept sending their customers over PARTY CITY to use the restroom. Last November ROSS restroom WAS not available to customers either. People are frustrated with ROSS

We got our Halloween costumes here! We loved them. A bit high priced. But all in all we were happy

I asked 2 Cashiers and 3 other people in yellow shirts about Harlem Nights costumes/1920s... all of which said they didnt have them WITHOUT looking up or trying to help me find it. There was one guy that had a yellow shirt that finally pointed down a row and kept walking without saying one word. And I must say right now the store isnt crowded or that busy..... First and last time at this store.

This particular store is smaller than the ones Im used to. However, they still have a good selection of items. There seems to be a good sale going on each week and thank God because the average price is high. Love how they help you color coordinate your event. Great chain of stores. Just expect to pay for the convenience.

Horrible service. I walked in to find decorations for my sisters sweet 16. I was there for literally two minutes and I personally heard a worker tell another coworker “watch them, they’ve been in the store for a minute” at that point I felt uncomfortable and left because they kept following me and my family around the store. They need a completely new staff

Robin was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in my life, she was making up answers and did not solve the situation. You guys made a mistake hiring her because she did not want to work at all, please try to hire people that are actually hard-working and care about customer service. I will never ever recommend anyone to come shop at this party city location.

I just went to pick up balloons for my fiancé’s bday party and they told me at the store that they popped all my balloons becaise I didn’t pick theM up by 7 pm yesterday. I placedMy order online before 7 pm yesterday and they already popped them right as the store opened this morning . Mind you it’s clearly says “come to pick up when you are ready”. I spent almost $60 with no refund which the manager shouted from across the floor. If there was a half star I would give that. So disappointed at this customer service.

The lady on the phone I just spoke to was sooo RUDE!!!!!! I asked about online orders and she said okay bye, and hung up on me. I would definitely rather just buy my balloons and blow them up myself. SO SO RUDE!!!!!

Came here because online said they had it. Shelves were half empty. We asked an employee about an item that showed it was in stock she told us that was online its not real time and since were in the store its real time and they dont have it. Didnt even offer to look after we showed her the website said they had it, thats why we drove over here.

This place has the worst customer service waited 15 minutes to ask an associate if they have a costume in stock and when they finally got to me they gave me bs answers when online it says there is 2 in stock. Don’t waste your time at this place go somewhere else.

I ordered a few items online, wasnt satisfied with one of the items. I spoke to a gentlemen named Darius about exchanging the particular item. He was informative, helpful, and professional. I was able to exchange the item without any hassle, definitely one of the best party city stores Ive been to!

Sensed a bit of racial tension...not cool...poor customer service....noticed how the other persuasion was greeted and treated ...even online searching for costumes...not much diversity...(ie; Princess Tiana) when searching for it takes you to Tinker bell or some fairy...also no models of color...the models that are used for Muana and Cleopatra??? Smh

Large selection and variety, however can be pricey in comparison to other offerings in the area. Can use more organization during Halloween rush at the costume wall...like a line formation rope. It was hard to determine who was next and what associate was helping who.

This place is a joke, before the party starts! They are incompetent at best. Half of the staff is either clueless or careless, and the other half is just ok. If you put a balloon pickup order in advance, you will be lucky if they have it right. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. To be honest, helium is the only thing that keep this place alive.

Always crowded here. The staff does a great job considering the volume. Well stocked for all you party needs. Parking is a bit busy on the weekends as well. Be prepared to stay patient.

Horrible attitudes of the morning crew at this location. Late opening the doors and no smile no welcome, seems like the three ppl there had a long night and just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They need to rethink theie career path because customer service is not their strong point. Need better options to be in stock as well. Next time I will try the Duluth location.

Not going back unless I can help it. The first trip for this event they had one line open and several customers in line. They finally open another register. The girl checking out customers is also the one answering the phone.The man that checked us out was very nice, but entered my order p/up time for the wrong time. I called and requested it to be corrected; they again entered the wrong time.The day I went in to pick up my order, again several people waiting, one cashier. NO ONE acknowledged our presence for about 10-15 mins. except that we had to move out oftheir way. We waited for even longerand finally someone asked if we needed help. I inquired as to if the man in the front was the manager and she replied something like, “oddly yes...”... He never acknowledged us either. He went to the back and left customers waiting for one of two, then three staff, who couldn’t keep up with the customers they had. Very frustrating.

Customer service sucks. Not one person asked if I needed help. I was looking for purple birthday party invitations. I saw they were color coordinated but all i saw was kiddy stuff. When I asked an associate at the front, all she said was, they are on every aisle while looking at me as if I was getting on her nerves. I had already walked the entire store. Not Going back to this location. I found way more options and deals in Hobby Lobby.

Went to get a birthday balloon but they had no helium. How is that possible? The employee did give me a discount since I had to go elsewhere to blow it up...

The attitude of the employees when I returned to have my balloons filled was awful!! A young lady had to be told to leave the matter alone after management actually agreed to fill my balloons despite initially being told I would have to wait 45 minutes to have my balloons filled for a purchase I had made the day before. The persistent complaining in front of a customer by the young lady was unbelievable. Im not sure why the young lady was so combative however it was a complete turn off. I will definitely NOTbe back there due to the young ladys behavior. Its one thing to have a mix up and an attempted resolution and another to be met with an awful attitude. Worst service ever!!! I should have gone to the dollar store as that was my initial plan.

Ordered the balloons that i needed but they didnt have a basic elephant costume. On the other side of that they have every thing else that you could need for halloween. Maybe lacking in the decoration department.

Seriously the worst customer service. I had a bad experience about 5 years ago and haven’t been back until tonight. It hasn’t improved. I was asking the woman in the costume area where a particular costume was that was showing as in this store and in stock. She wouldn’t even try to help me and rolled her eyes and ignored me and turned to a man that had just walked up to help him. I refuse to spend money somewhere that treats customers like that.
