My husband went in before I arrived. My husband asked about Churchill cigars and was told I need more information, my husband then explained he wanted a longer smoke, a Connecticut wrapper, and a natural filler and was told again I need more information and then left my husband to his own devices. When I arrived I was not even greeted or acknowledged by the person behind the counter . I smoke cigars on occasion as was ignored even when we went to the register to pay. The person behind the counter did not ask if there was anything else needed nor exchange any kind of pleasantries with us. They do have a large humidor with a good selection but customer service is lacking.

Has a boys club feeling to it. The few times I have been in I have been sized up from head to tow by the crew always sitting in the lobby watching TV. Being in Snellville I am not shocked it has a members only feel. I have been into other Cigar shops and been treated 100 times better.

We just moved to the area and luckily I found this shop. Great selection. Dave and staff are very helpful. These guys have been here for a very long time. They really know their stuff and it shows. Very comfortable and inviting lounge. Enlightened conversation. Great crowd. Perfect to stop in and relax for a while after a long day.

I tried this place but found the owner to be very quirky. I would purchase several cigars at a time to obviously smoke later. He insisted that you buy a cigar every time you came in even if you had his cigar in hand. I quit buying and going in.

Top Shelf Smoke and Leather, Minus The Attitude.Usually, when you go into a place that has high-end cigars and leather sofas you get the feeling that giving them your money is a rude interruption. Totally not the case here. They are very helpful, and have a great selection.One time, they spent about 15 minutes helping me pick out the perfect lighter. Not the most expensive one, nor the one they wanted to sell me, but the one that was perfect for my needs.

Great selection. However, you go in looking to buy a specific cigar and this guy alway tries to make you feel like youre wrong and that he has something better. Ive never been impressed with the service. When you walk in you have to walk across the front of the big screen while all of the smokers huff and puff like you just made them miss the play of the century. Then once David gets off his butt hes all over you in the humidor like he thinks you are to steal something. So glad I found Cigar House on Sugarloaf Pkwy!

Owner was very nice and knowledgeable about what his products were and quality. Even though Im kinda of a newbie in the cigar world this shop didnt make me feel like I was unwelcomed many in the gwinnett area are. Wish he carried Gurkas thats my only complaint really. He disproved several of the cigar myths on flavor is on color. Will be back and will stay for a smoke to learn the crowd. This and Sals are my favorite humidors

The place has a good selection of Cigars; however, not very friendly. Im almost in my 30s and from the moment I walked in I had a guy standing 3 feet away from me at all times. At first I thought I was in his way in the humidor, then I relised he was actually staring at me and watching my every move. Made me uncomfortable, didnt feel free to look around. Wanted to leave immediately however being the only place around I grabbed two cigars and made my way to the counter with the guy still right behind me. Cashiers thanks of coming in today fell on deaf ears. You lost my money that day and the possiblity of future purchases.

A nice place to get your next stick; the prices are quite reasonable. The proprietor is knowledgeable and helpful!

Was greeted in the store very rudely as we walked in. We were also treated as if we were going to steal from the store, even though we spent more than $40 worth of cigars. We will never return to that store again.
