Quoted $400 for repair. I was told power supply and motherboard was bad.I took it to ubreakifix across from QT on 124 near Ronald Regan. $220 repair. Bad power supply only.

*DO NOT GET YOUR TV REPAIRED HERE!*The customer service was absolutely horrific. I took my TV here to get repaired and they charged me a $35 Diagnostic Fee. I paid the fee and the repairman informed me that my TV needed a new LED light installed and that I would need to pay $100 for the LED part and delivery. I pay the additional $100 and a week later he informs me that he cant fix my TV and he doesnt know whats wrong with it. He told me he would process a refund to my debit card that will take 2-3 business days but the refund would only be for the $100 because the $35 diagnostic fee was non-refundable (EVEN THOUGH THE DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG!). I went back to the shop to pick up my TV and the guy did not have my remote that I dropped off with the TV. He told me the other guy who works at the shop left it at home and will bring it the following day. I come the following day and the guy still didnt have my remote. My husband and I had to make 3 different trips just to get our remote back. To put the cherry on top, I never received my refund and I had to end up calling my bank to reverse the charge. Save yourself the headache and do not get your tv serviced here.

My husband made an appointmentwith this business to come out to determine what was wrong with my tv.He never showed, nor called at the appointment time or date to let us know he couldnt make it.I suggest you never use this company for any of your needs.Bad service, not professional.

WOW! I can not express the amount of curtesy and respect that the technichain had for me and my items. Ive been having him fix my tvs, phones and other electronics for quite some time and never had any problems except once. It was when the tv he fixed stop working. When i told him he reminded me of my 90 day waranty and fix it again for FREE!!! Im not sure were else you can get beautiful service like this from but i genuinely love having him fix my stuff and i highly reccomend that you have him fix your stuff to.

I brought my television and they never called me to find out the status of it, I had to call them and the price of the repair seemed too high, but I think thats normal here, thats why people prefer to buy new than repair 😒
