I have used Embroidery Express several times this year for small and large orders. Lance personally contacts me to confirm details about the orders each time. Everything is perfect from start to finish. The team is quick to deliver the product and I am always impressed by the quality. During this pandemic time, a member of the team personally dropped off boxes to my front door just so I didnt have to be out and about. I used a different vendor earlier this year and waited months for my orders and half of my shipment was lost - I am so grateful that co-workers of mine recommended Embroidery Express and I do not have to go through any of the hassle any longer! The attention to detail, quick service, and quality product means I will continue using Embroidery Express for all my future uniform and school spirit needs. I highly recommend this business.

Usually when starting any project/job, I gather three quotes. Embroidery Express was my 2nd stop and I needed look no further. I had them do a couple of logos I had created in Adobe Illustrator to place on a Canvas Cargo Cover for my vehicle (along with 2nd row captains chairs and a bumper cover) and they were PHENOMENAL! They far exceeded expectations and nailed exactly what I was looking for.They were reasonably priced, great communication and very timely (no huge lag time). They did mock-ups for me to see/approve for each phase and knocked it out of the park. I plan on returning soon for additional embroidery work using the same designs for clothing and (as suggested by Beau, one of their great associates) hats!Its always great to see a business that still takes pride in their work and Customer Service 👍🏽👍🏽
