A new opener was installed three years ago. The button in my garage went out recently and a specialist came and replaced it the next day at no charge. I’m not sure it was covered by warranty. He even tightened up some things on the garage door. I am so thankful!

Dealing with this company was just a nice experience. Initially one of the team members came out for an estimate with a sample of the garage door so that we could see what we were getting. Excellent. The staff and technicians were professional and genuine in trying to solve our garage door repair issues.

My 35 year old garage door came off track and was in need of repair or replacement. Their technician Favio came out and gave me an estimate for both repair and replacement. I found the replacement cost to be very reasonable so I went with replacement which included everything: door, tracks, rollers, springs, etc. Favio did all work that same day. He removed all old hardware and door and installed the new door and hardware. Also, he hauled away all old door parts and hardware. Door now works perfectly and also looks much better! They were very professional and courteous at all times. I couldnt be more satisfied!

Called Friday afternoon, took my information and promised a tech would call back. As of Saturday afternoon, no call. Took my business elsewhere. So much for trying to use the local company.
