Honestly the nicest people you could ever give your business. I purchased a beautiful mirrored piece of furniture and a mirror broke while loading into my car. I called around to have it replaced and the cost was very high. They gave me suggestions, cut the mirror for me in 15 minutes and they gave me an extra piece to practice the aging technique to match the one that broke. But, the amount of care they all demonstrated for my situation was rare these days.

Could not be happier! We had a great experience. Our situation was weird - the coating on our windows was causing a reflection that was melting our pool cover (google it - its a real thing). The only solution we found was to have screens installed. Film for whatever reason doesnt resolve the issue. Anyway, the office staff and the techs were incredibly friendly and worked fast and did a great job installing screens on our windows. In fact, these windows werent made for screens and these guys made it look great! If you need something that Garmon can do - youre crazy not to use them!

We needed a shower door and found this company. Excellent customer service, and well organized. They came out for a free estimate, than had us come to their shop to visually see different examples they had and gave us a price based on the selection. We had home depot come out and 3 other companies for a quote and by far they were cheaper, and I feel they did an excellent job installing the door. Very pleased!

Hey man, this is Andrew from Operation Homebrew. I called Garmon Glass on a Monday to special order a piece of glass. They said it would be 5 days or so for it to come in. I was surprised to get a phone call on Wednesday saying it was ready for pickup! Nice!!

I ordered a glass top to protect my dining room table - the product is just what I was looking for - however, the owner treated me like a complete idiot and I am still shocked at the terrible customer service. I went to pick up the glass in my mini-van with my three young children in the car, thinking that we could slide it in between the seats wrapped in blankets. The owner thought this would be unsafe and refused to load it. He had a valid point I hadnt thought of and I was completely open to discussing my alternatives. HOWEVER, he huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes and had an extremely condescending attitude to the point that he just stormed off, leaving me standing in the parking lot alone and wouldnt even tell me to his face that he wouldnt load the glass (he let his receptionist do it). Crazy, upsetting experience.
