Jalaani was a great representative of “Music and Arts.” He was very helpful with fixing the bridge on my violin. He took the time and care needed for it to be done correctly. And, he gave us great advice about the process so we can do it ourselves. He was very friendly, and makes me want to come back again.

I made a visit to Music and Arts to find a new guitar strap because my precious strap broke. As soon as I walked in, someone asked what I was looking for because I was struggling to find where the guitar straps are. Stood there for about 15-20 mins trying to decide with $20 in my purse what guitar strap I could get. I finally walk up to the cashier, Austin, who is really nice and helpful and basically he gave me an early Christmas gift to help with purchasing my strap. Thank you Music & Arts btw Im an old student that was there for about 4-5 years so going in there and seeing how it was now and the kind people inside was nice.

Music and Arts is a wonderful music store. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I have been taking lessons at this location for a year. I took guitar and vocal lessons. The instructors are great! Really helped me improve as an artist. I would 100% recommend everyone to take lessons and purchase all music supplies and instruments at this location. 😁

Very friendly and knowledgeable instructors; started guitar lessons here five years ago and now taking voice lessons. The instructors here are very good at working with students of all ages, even if you are an older adult and just getting started in music. Highly recommend the folks here at Music and Arts in Snellville.

Came here a few days ago for a mic stand and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jalaani found what I needed, told me about some other equipment in the store I might consider getting, and ordered an item online for me that they didnt have in stock. Brian and Whitney are also very nice and there to answer whatever questions you have!

Loved it! They were honest me and told me what I actually needed to buy unlike some places where they try to take your money.

Horrible customer service. I have never seen such incompetence in the retail industry. I will NEVER shop here again!!! I am also going to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau. Scam artists. My 12 year old son asked the clerk for a particular mouthpiece and the clerk told him that it was 72.00. She never asked him if he needed a long or short mouthpiece. We dont know anything about trombone mouthpieces. My son just started playing the trombone. We took it all of the way home to find out that it didnt fit. We drove back to Snellville to exchange it for the correct mouthpiece and the manager told us that they dont return mouthpieces that have been opened. I wish that the clerk could have mentioned that at the time of purchase....

I havent been to this store for almost two years because of previous management. But my daughter needed something so we went into this store and I have to say, the employees, Jalaani, Brian, and Whitney were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter explained what she was looking for and Jalanni knew exactly what she needed. Great experience! We will be back.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons at Music & Arts Center in Snellville for about a year and we absolutely love it here! The staff here is absolutely amazing! Very knowledge and great with kids.

Always loved coming to this store. Very knowledgeable staff. Its always fun to act like a novice, then pick up a guitar and start shredding just to see the look on the faces around you.

My son has been taking lessons for 5 years at the Snellville location both guitar and saxophone. Service from both the teachers and staff is wonderful. I have purchased all my music supplies with music and arts as well as instrument repairs.I am looking forward to many more years with my 5 grandchildren. SONNY ROCKS!!!!

This location has a special form of negligent product knowledge. Its a very small store to begin with, but with what little they carry, the salespeople absolutely are clueless on how, or what it is the products do.They missed a sale today for a digital piano. I was asking the difference between the models and certain features and I left more confused than when I came in. Im at least sure of where Im not buying the piano from.

This place covers most of the variety of things you would look for in a music or audio equipment store

We have beem customers here for instruments and lessons for almost 5 years: One son on violin and another with the trumpet. Whitney and staff have always been fantastic, and given us excellent customer service.

They rarely have good reeds here except for sizes no one uses. Or any other useful supply

Super helpful over the phone and in person. I was stressing for a DJ gig (had the wrong cord for a microphone) and they helped me when I was in a pinch (and ultra stressed). Thank you!
