This Vitamin Shoppe location is excellent. Wendy, the manager knows her field and can easily find high quality products in your price range that do show results. Store is clean and organized. All the staff is great here. Easy access with traffic light. Plenty of parking.

I was in and put. Grabbed my protein powder and was out the door. They do have a sale right now. Go grab some items you may need.

I visited this store looking for skin care vitamins. Jane has the absolute best customer service!! She was able to help me and offer valuable knowledge about products! The best part about it is that I wasnt the only one in the store. She was helping me and others and made it look easy! She knew her stuff!!! I would recommend this store and ask for Jane!!!

I stopped in here for some supplements to treat my thyroid condition and found what I needed. Their prices are very competitive and they have a very good selection of vitamins, minerals, and supplements. The only problem I had was I had to take double what was recommended to obtain the desired effect. I highly recommend this store for all your vitamin needs.

Chris & Mark are invaluable resources for vitamin and supplements to increase your health. They are knowledgeable about both and how they affect your body as well as each brand and whats best. Ive been to other Vitamin Shoppes and the employees could show you where things were but these guys are so knowledgeable about how the body works and what it needs to function its truly amazing. Im so thankful Snellville has such an awesome resource. Im already seeing results from the vitamins and supplements they suggested. Theyve had a huge impact on my life as I fight multiple sclerosis and have been so kind to take time to help me find what I need and suggest the best brands to accomplish my goals. These guys rock when it comes to improving your health!!

The staff here are very helpful. The store is smaller than the one at Mall of Georgia, so they dont carry as many products. That aside I always find what I need in the way of supplements.

I walked in and the guy working just looked at me and went back to stocking he did not greet me he just looked at me. Then as I’m walking around trying to figure out where the item is that I knew I wanted he walks by me multiple times still not even acknowledging me! I was like wow do I even want to purchase from here because this guy has not even offered to help me when I’m clearly walking around in circles!!!! Finally I found what I wanted on my OWN. I spent almost 70$ bucks and he didn’t ask me if I wanted to sign up for a card he just asked if I had one. I actually did want to sign up since I might have to get more stuff from here instead of amazon. But I’m going to go to another location next time!

This place has everything you could ever need to supplement your workouts or diet. The staff is always friendly and they can always answer my questions. I never feel like I’m being left hanging. I feel like the one star reviews this place has received are one offs.

There were some homeopathic remedies on a shelf marked with a price, the sticker matched the price, the sku matched the price. The employee obviously didn’t know a thing about homeopathic medicines because she argued it was for another rememdy and refused to give me the marked price.

I have been a loyal Vitamin Shoppe customer for over thirty years and have visited stores all over the country, Vitamin Shoppe has always demonstrated exemplary knowledge, courtesy, and respect, wherever I visited. The chain has a stellar reputation for selling quality products at discounted prices. But never have I experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior encountered today by the store manager (Mark) at the Snellville, Ga store. I called in to inquire about taking two types/brands of fish oil that was recommended by one of the salesman. Even though one (Kyolic) addresses specific conditions, I thought perhaps it was unnecessary and a more effective supplement plan could be ascertained. I didnt think it was an unusual, or unreasonable inquiry since I have experienced this type of knowledgeable exchange with other store managers & personnel. As a matter of fact, vitamin shoppe reps exude pride in their knowledge of recommended products for optimal health support without providing medical advice - nor was I seeking medical advice. Mark introduced himself upon answering my call and after hearing my concern, began to deliver a lecture on the fact that its outside of vitamin shoppe personnels scope to provide medical advice. When I clarified my intentions in a tone that matched his, he so rudely disconnected (hung up in my face!). Needless to say, Im done doing business at that particular store. And as a sidebar, beware of the female in the store that insist on addressing customers using terms that are meant to be endearing, but comes off condescending. Personally, I prefer to be addressed by Ms or Maam when Im spending my money. or just simply ask if I have a preference, and not assume I dont! I hope corporate office is reading. That particular store should be restocked with new and improved employees.

This is my first review ever and my experience was extremely disrespectful. I never do reviews even if my experience is bad but I feel like I have to here. Walked in with an item to exchange that was purchased on the online website and was talking to a very sweet lady and then a gentlemen (manager maybe) jumps in and says we dont even carry that out loud and then I showed him on the website and then he says how I dont know if it was purchased here it could be from anywhere else and then starts smiling as if I stole it and brought it back in exchange for money, I only wanted to exchange it for something more expensive and pay the difference. Very rude and made me seem like I was a thief, never again will I go back there. And there was a sign there clearly saying if no receipt or proof of purchase you can still exchange a item or get store credit. Ive done it before without a receipt at another vitamin shoppe which is why I know I can exchange it.

Customer service was horrible...to say the least. Kenesha Keneshia, or Kenecia (whatever her name was, it was some variation of the aforementioned) was very unenthusiastic. I actually called the store on the way there to get an exact location. I was on hold for 8 minutes and 36 seconds(continuously) until I pulled up and hung up. When I get into the store after the eternal hold there were zero customers in the store! Why would I be on hold for that amount of time when there were no customers? Heinous experience compared to other locations, definitely wont be returning .

Went asking questions about a particular item and it was obvious that the clerk didnt know anything about it and tried to get me on to something else. So I left there and went to GNC

Saturday April 8th 2017 at 3:00 I had an awful experience at the Vitamin Shoppe in Snellville GA on Scenic Highway. I went to the register with my merchandise and a merchdise credit. The female cashier was great I think her name is Lindsey but the man working there was AWFUl and RUDE. As the cashier was ringing me up I asked about something else, we left the register so she could show me the merchandise which was better than my initial choice, we get back to the register to purchase the better product but low and behold apparently with the Vitamin Shoppes system once the cashier enters the merchandise on a store credit you are stuck with it, mind you I never officially purchased anything. I have never seen anything like it. After 20 minutes of arguing with the guy he was able to push some magic buttons on the register to make it happen. Wont be going there ever again!
