Made an appointment at the Snellville location for my husband. Called trying to locate location,only to be told there was no one there. The appointment was at the Sugarloaf location. Was not told this when I called 3 days before. Only at and schedule appointments at the Snellville location if they have enough people. Not very impressed with that.

I purchased my hearing aids from another location but visited this center for an adjustment. I didnt even have an appointment but they were happy and able to slide me in to make a adjustment and even cleaned my hearing aids. They sound new again and no charge. THANK YOU!
