Wow, life is just funny! I was going through some of my old files and came across a pay stub from From the Heart Enterprises. I have worked with this company in 2008 and its now 2019. I am so happy that I can finally write about my experience back then. Better late than never right! Well, it was a terrible experience. I would have thought that things would change, but apparently not since the two reviews on here are recent. The lies the owner tells and her poor daughter Shellee just goes along with whatever. (Poor thing does not know any better). If you have had any success working with these people, lucky you. If not, warn others. She takes money from these adult program and sits all day in that huge mansion of hers. If you are educated, well spoken and know the law on how things work, it makes Ms. B****** R***** feels a bit threaten by how much you know, she then makes up all these lies and fires you about being insubordination if you share you knowledge and expertise with her. Hope this review give others a brief insight about this company. Best of Luck if you work there or has been recently hired.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The treat their individuals like garbage. They claim they offer all these services to the individuals but don’t. They are stealing money for the individuals. The food that the are providing for the individuals I wouldn’t dare eat. The don’t provide any real cleaning supplies for staff to use so the houses the individuals live is nasty. They don’t provide the individuals with clothes or shoes. They aren’t properly grooming or providing the individuals with good healthcare. I would never work for this company or send any clients to this company. And I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you don’t either

Do NOT work for this company.Now I understand small companies needing to make they way to the top but here’s a company that has been around 17+ and have not made any progress. They pay you 9.50 but fail to tell you that the trainings are 7.50. They told us in training how they been messing up one girl check every week since she started a few months ago. The trainer will gossip about all these employees they had to fire and then ask you to sign a no gossiping form. Funny right? You get paid every week on Wednesday right? But they never give you a time so you have to wait around until 11:59 and if one person don’t turn in there time sheet then every body get paid a day late and they feel like you should understand that. They also feel that you should understand if they mess up your check you should “proudly “ wait another week for YOUR money. The individuals do nothing and they stuff they buy for them at the grocery stores cannot be healthy. Thank god a real job I applied for called me that Wednesday so I did not have to go back the week after. I mean the trainer couldn’t even get me an offer letter in a timely manner. Why would I stay?Just know if you work here, don’t have any real bills or anything you have to pay on time. Because these are the kind of black people that make you say fk black businesses 😂
