Honestly, as a barista, I know there are horrible days, I get it. But the attitude we got from the girl working today was TERRIBLE. the only time she decided to be nice was the second I was writing my tip down on the receipt.. I’m sure the other girls are great but because of the attitude and the from the barista working today, we will not be back to this location.

Have been here twice this week and both times waited over 20 minutes and I was next in line!!

Coffee was terrible and wasn’t going to say anything until I was ran out of my lane by their drivers because they struggle to check their blind spots and use turn signals when they’re on their phones while driving.

Ordered 2 of the same drink, one was creamy while the other was dark brown. The next time I visited, they were out of a signature flavor they advertise. Very disappointed the last 2 times we visited...

The crew here is amazing!!! Tracy runs an amazing group of great girls who all know their coffee. This is my #1 choice for coffee. I even go out of my way to come here!!! Thanks ladies for always helping make my day better!!!

Whatever you do. Dont order bagels that they have for sale daily or they will get annoyed that you buy the bagels they have for sale daily......(went daily for a week and was seriously given attitude for supporting their business and their bagels for a week straight.)

It took me years to find my coffee home and I finally did! Coming to see Tracy is the best part of my day and her coffee is delicious. Anytime I get coffee from anyone it’s awesome and they’re super friendly. I also don’t know of another stand that has macadamia milk !!

I’ve been to three different locations in this area and every time I’ve been disappointed with the quality and taste of my coffee. They don’t make it right and it doesn’t taste that good. They also charge more than anybody else.

I love this coffee stand! Normally when I go to a coffee stand and see a long line, I leave! If Tracy is working, I will enter the line because she whips people through like nobody’s business! I go out of my way to get my drink from this stand and Even though I’ve only been a regular for a few months, it feels like I’ve been going here my for years! Tracy is my fave!

Tracy is hands down the best manager, she will always make sure you are happy with your schedule, hours, that you get your requested time off and truly cares about her employees! This is the best coffee company to work for and the best coffee around!

Tracy is the best barista in Washington state. I literally drive to snohomish from Kirkland every day just to have her delicious coffee. She never burns it she Always remembers my drink and I love her personality

Just wish there was an awning so the interior of our cars and the staffs tip jar wouldnt get soaked in the rain. After all, we live in the PNW. Great & friendly staff! Would definitely recommend. 😊

Very slow service, like compared to other coffee stands. If it’s just you in the line it’s okay, but if there’s multiple people good luck. I was literally in line for 15 minutes with only 2 other people in line ...

Friendly baristas, average prices, but better than average coffee

My girlfriend and I tried to get coffee and got soo disrespected we couldnt get coffee. We pulled up and within 30 seconds we were gone. I was using the phone and was telling someone good bye and the coffee barista lady told us that another customer will be here to order and she wouldnt be able to take our order .

Tracy is always friendly and makes great Red Bull Italian sodas!

I love coming to the diedrich stand on highway 9, there is a lot of variety in the menu and the conversation is always great, I usually come in the afternoons and typically see a girl named Payton (hopefully that’s spelt right) she always makes my drink perfect for me and ensures that i leave happy and satisfied! Good Baristas are hard to find, but Diedrich always seems to have the best!:)
