Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Felt like they had my best interest in mind, even ahead of their own. Highly recommend.

Professional and friendly. I didn’t have to wait for the doctor. I was seen at my scheduled time which doesn’t happen at all places. They understand my time is as valuable as theirs. Entire staff was great. Wonderful selection of frames.

Dr Deol and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient while working with my kids as well. I’ve been coming to Dr Deol for about 25 years and have recommended her, and Eye Care Center of Snohomish many times.

Ive been coming to the Eye Center for years. Dr. Deol is amazing. She takes the time to explain everything! I trust her and we are so lucky to have her and her wonderful staff in Snohomish. I want to say her assistant Heather is also great. She is thorough and is very pleasant.

Came here to get new contacts and had a good appointment with the dr and my contacts cake quickly. They took my insurance so it was an easy process and I look forward to coming back for my eye care needs. So nice to be able to walk to a great eye dr.

The Doctor is in the house! She will, if at all possible, make time to see and evaluate your needs. Dr. Deol will also add a little education in her expert examination that anyone will be able to understand. She is simply the best at her profession and a person.

Great Optometrist who treats you like family. They can be a bit pushy on the glasses but that’s expected with most places that sells glasses. The doctor was wonderful and that’s why I’m giving it 5-stars. Amy said my glasses would take 14-days but I got a call a week later saying my glasses were ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised.

My husband damaged his eye really bad at work and she was willing to see him after hours to treat him. She even squeezed my husband into schedule to make sure to see improvement on his injured eye. She was very nice, helpful and she saved his eye. The staff were amazing. Loved how they were friendly :) best eye doctor EVER!

I have been going to this office for over 5 years. The first three years were wonderful. I even referred them to three friends.The last two years things have gotten worse. When getting contact trials I have gone MONTHS before hearing from them (it is usually me calling them). Basically this is how the phone conversation goes:Me: Hi. I came in for an eye check and the doctor was going to order trials.Them: Let me guess, it has been a few months and you havent heard backMe: Yeah!Them: Let me go check Yep, they are here. Would you like to schedule your follow up?Thats right folks. No apology or explanation. Just wanted to let you know what you are in for.

I was just a walk in, asking if there was anything that could be done about my horrible itching, burning eyes? Dr. quickly took me back checked and prescribed something, that has helped me to this day. Thank you all so much.

Ive been going to Anup for several years now. I love the customer service. They are always quick to get back and do so in several ways. I get text message, and email reminders as well. A very high tech facility is always nice too. My whole family now goes.

We switched from another provider in Snohomish.We wont be returning here.Reasonably thorough exam. Oh, the form they had you sign after asking do you have medical insurance? -- they use that to bill your medical insurance for part of what others do as an eye exam. Of course its not a normal charge, nor is it considered (by our major insurer) preventive care, so you will end up being billed by the insurer if you havent met your deductible yet.There is a reason for all of those frames on display. They want to sell you style. Theyre not terribly pushy about it, but Im sure they do well on the markup.

The last exam my wife had there, they gave her an obviously wrong prescription and told her to wait a couple of weeks. Shes been wearing glasses for 45 years. She had to really push to get them to have the other doctor look at it and indeed, it was way off.They fixed it, but of course it was a hassle. They said they would send a second prescription for reading glasses via e-mail and again, a long period of reminders to get them to send.High pressure to get you to buy in their boutique, arrogant doctor - and then to top it it off, they keep calling us to have a yearly exam, after we told them to put us on their do not call list. Then we got robo calls. Theyre only a few blocks from our house, but the convenience is no longer worth it. Ugh.

After my boyfriend was having a medical emergency on Friday, and not hearing back from the call service all weekend (we called multiple times) we got a call from the office on Monday. Amy the front office receptionist, left a message on our phone saying in her opinion our call was not considered an emergency. She also stated that it says in her records that our call over the weekend was taken care of (it was not.) We asked her to have all of our records and prescriptions ready as we will not be coming back to the clinic, she had the nerve to laugh! I went in to pick up the prescriptions (since they cant email or fax them to you) I was greated by Amy with a full mouth of food, i asked her to have ALL of the prescriptions ready and she agreed they would be there. After leaving, I realized she had not given me all prescriptions, I called back very frustrated and let her know as someone in the medical field this was very unprofessional how this was being handled... she once again stated he wasnt even having a medical emergency! As someone who has worked in the medical field and as a general patient ( and especially already having a compromised health history) you expect and deserve the front office and the clinic to be on top of paperwork and to go above and beyond to help you, Amy failed at this. As a medical professional they SHOULD and WANT to help you, even if it means a little extra work.( People work in the med field to help others.) Amys, degrading attitude, laziness, mouth full of food and unprofessionalism is VERY disappointing, especially for a small town clinic. There is a reason this office is a two star rating on yelp, please take this into consideration when choosing an eye clinic.

Staff was very knowledgeable and was able to adjust new prescription correctly. Being able to fit lens to frame on site hastens process to customer.

It was nice to support local business for 12 years but its sad to say we had to end that relationship due too, not rude but not kind customer service from Amythanks Amy

We used these guys for years, and felt that they were fine for single-vision glasses and no complications, if expensive.at my last visit I was told I have cateracts, and pressured hard to buy trifocals when I prefer to buy separate glasses for driving, reading, computer. Went to other optometrists and find that I do not have cateracts.In the last few years theyve gotten bad at following up on their end and being pushy about calling us with reminders, and they use robo-callers so we cant tell them to stop calling. definitely not going back.

The main reason I am writing a review is because I had a misdiagnosis. I had an issue with one of my eyes and the doctor here said it was an infection. Turned out to be something completely different. I didnt need to use the eye drops they perscribed to me. I went back not too long after my inital diagnosis to get seen again since my eye was still bothering me. I tried going on a Saturday without an appointment. Since I was not currently in pain, they said Id have to wait until next week to get seen. They messed up a couple of times with my insurance and never did get it right. I went to another doctor and this other doctor put me through way more tests than this place. The staff here is ok and their selection of glasses and sunglasses is the only bright point.

The customer service and I am continuing to receive from this place has been absolutely horrendous.I have been waiting on my glasses for months and have been told that is to factory default but I am the one who has to continue to call to find out where my glasses are instead of them calling me
