I was on a road trip to Colorado and started having issues with my AC. They were beyond nice and squeezed me in. Had my issue resolved within an hour and allowed me to bring my dog in, even gave him a bowl of water. Truly went above and beyond. So grateful!

I had a bad experience with another local tire co. I needed a tire repaired. Great friendly service. I was in and out in just a few min. We are working locally and will definately return for full service and new tires before we head home.Thank you guys!10/4/21 follow up. I did have my tires replaced here this morning. They understood my difficult working hours and got me in and out in 45 min. The charge was as quoted with no extra charges I just noticed on my last tire replacement receipt. Gene even offered to take a pic of the tread with his measurements to show the prior chain store my tires only have 10K left, not 25k per the warranty.Sure wish we had an auto/tire shop with this kind of service near my hometown. I hope timing works and I can have other needed maintenance done before we leave.Again, thank you so much for making a part of my day less steressful.

I was traveling through town and realized I was having a flat. From the moment I called to the time I was back on the road was less than an hour. From the receptionist that took my call, to the one who met and visited with me while I waited, to the one changing my flat to the owner that checked me out....the customer service from each of them was SUPERB!!!

Picked up a small piece of metal somewhere along the interstate, got up to finish the drive to Carlsbad Caverns (had a reservation for a specific time thanks to COVID) and tire was extremely low. They got me in and out first thing, were extremely friendly, excellent service for an early morning emergency.

I had unexpected brake issues in the afternoon while 1,500 miles away from home and they worked me in, did excellent work, and for less money than I had planned to pay when I returned home. They finished at 5:30 pm and even let me plug in and moochdock for the night. Dennis is great.

Awesome service. When I spoke with the guy on the phone he acted like he wanted my business, unlike other places in Snyder I called. Starts early in the morning( plus for me). Did my alignment, mounted a tire, and switched them around in the order I wanted for less than $150. Truck drives like new again. Very close to my home. Planning on making this where I have my truck serviced from now on. Thanks!!

Fast and friendly service.

They are fast to get your tires on and/or fixed, but their prices are a bit high in my opinion. If you bring your own tire, they charge $25 per tire to mount and balance and another $10 per tire for a disposal fee. So that is $35 per tire for them to put your new tire on.

I like to say all of the above bc me and my husband been to other services and they didnt do have of the service that Dinnis Quick Auto and Tire have doing for us today they are about to close and they still decided to change our oil 🛢 we work seven hours away from our original oil change thank yall so much for being such good service for us 😍😇 God bless yall

I was working in Snyder for the week and went to Dennis Quick for a tire repair. I was informed that the tire damage was too close to the sidewall to be repaired which is what I had suspected. Instead of trying to help me out, they asked if I was from Snyder or passing through. When I said I was from Lubbock, he said I should just drive back on the spare because they didnt have the tire I needed. I explained I was spending the week there, and he said all he could do for me was put the only tire he had in stock on for $245. Otherwise, I should just go back to Lubbock. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. Usually the small town motto is to help out someone in need or at least direct them to someone in town who might be able to help. Additionally, the website specifically states that if they dont have the tire in stock, they will get it for you. Apparently this guy just didnt feel like it since he made no effort to either try to get my business or at least provide options to allow me to make the 90 mile drive back to Lubbock safely.FYI - The following day I took my tire down the street to a competitors shop. They were extremely helpful and friendly and actually said it was a simple flat repair. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes.

These guys are awesome! The last shop that changed my oil completely stripped my oil plug and we couldnt get it off to change my oil. The other guys of course didnt want to take responsibility & wouldnt even look at it so we brought it to Dennis quick auto & they got me right in and fixed it quickly. Super friendly & done right the first time. We will be coming here from now on.

We had a wonderful experience. My daughter attends college in Snyder. She needed a tire fixed and didnt have the tire unlock tool with her. They got the tire off and fixed for her. The man I spoke to on the phone Ricky was great I knew he would help her out like one of his own kids. Feels great if she has any car issue she can take it there and get it taken care of! These folks are amazing! Friendly, professional and sensitive to our travel plans. We were in trouble, pulling a 5th wheel trailer. They assisted us in finding a place to stay. Recently had a blowout on our utility trailer traveling back to Lubbock, from the Dallas area, and after a horrible experience with a tire shop down the street, we called the guys at Dennis Quick Auto just minutes before they were set to close. I explained our situation, and the gentleman stopped me mid sentence to tell me, sir, come on down. We will get you taken care of. So as we pull away from the bad experience down the street and make our way to them, we turn down the street and these guys had emptied a stall to work on our trailer and get us back on the road instantly! So we backed it in, and within 10 minutes, they had us back on the road with a new tire! I was blown away! From going to one of the worst experiences ever down the street from a different shop, to an absolutely amazing experience with these guys! Highly recommend these guys for any and all your needs!

My wife took our car there yesterday, they said an hour wait... not a big deal she got her tire patched which isn’t a huge job this was yesterday at noon. As of 10 this morning it’s still loosing air and not a good patch job. Of course they aren’t open today so now she has to take it somewhere else to try to get it fixed. Not good quality...

Our camper tire blew out, north of Snyder. After inquiring at several tire shops in Snyder, we found the service @ Dennis Quick Auto & Tire, to be very efficient. They had the tire we needed. They did a dismount and mount, and we were on our way in 5 minutes. We were very impressed with their service and efficiency.

Very fast and friendly!! Great tire department! I was there getting a flat fixed and mentioned to the owner (Bubba) an issue I was having with my vehicle, and he stopped what he was doing and helped diagnose the problem right then himself.

Dennis Quick saved our Christmas! We were traveling home to Utah from DFW area when our cars engine blew. We were towed in to Dennis Quick and they went above and beyond to take care of us! They let us hang out in the shop with two rambunctious little kids until closing time and then they even gave us a ride to a nearby hotel while we figured out what to do. Long story short they let us leave our broken down vehicle in their shop for a couple weeks while we continued on our way to spend Christmas with our family. Nothing short of a Christmas Miracle to have one less thing to worry about in an already stressful situation. Thank you so much everyone at Dennis Quick you are truly an example to all of us of pure generosity and kindness!

Bubba is a very nice gentleman and its a family owned business you will see his mom niece and his wife there. Need some work done hollar at them.
