Patrick was very helpful and courteous. The transitioning to a new phone after almost 5 years was quick and hassle free. Several others came in for help and he acknowledged everybody and helped them immediately even while helping me out. Thank you for your assistance Patrick!
Been a customer at this store for over 5 years. I have never seen the same rep twice but every time I was treated right.Upgraded my phone today and Patrick took care of everything. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Great job.

Went in for a smart watch, my rep was very quick to help me and answered all my questions accurately. The store was very clean and everyone was friendly. The activation process was very streamline and I was informed at every step. Will definitely go there again.
The manager at the Snyder, TX store was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy to switch back to Verizon and if you want someone to work hard and never try to rush you out with a sale you will regret, go see her at this store. She was awesome!!!

As a struggling business owner my husband and I came to Verizon due to AT&T having terrible service in our hometown and my business is RELIANT upon the internet as it’s online besides curbside due to Corona hitting and all but we came to Verizon who in turn have treated us as criminals when we tried to set up our account via telephone and then when “fraud prevention” became involved we decided to go into a Verizon store with ID in person so there would be no confusion. And we drive 30 minutes to one in Snyder Tx to be greeted by the most horrible customer service I have ever received. Don’t worry she was nice to the two young oilfield guys that came in for a tablet... then we sat through the whole shebang AGAIN. But in person. And to be told to send a copy of all IDs in a link which was NEVER provided!!! Not our fault. So ok we can do that even though the Verizon kiddo wouldn’t even say we can fax this.. but then this happens... We were asked to provide another form of identification or a bill or something else with my husbands name on it right then. I went to the car and low and behold just by accident I have our marriage license in the car and that still wasn’t good enough we were still turned away rudely!! Also that’s a valid form of identification in Texas... and also, Every time I tried to speak to the young lady that obviously was in charge she rolled her eyes and looked away I’m not sure if I know her or if she thinks she knows me but she doesn’t I’m not even from here originally... anyways we received no help whatsoever in store....and I am so disappointed in how we’ve been treated all day long we want to spend our money and go with your service for what? And you’re right we don’t need it. First off, this is not an official Verizon store. This is a Verizon Retailer. This store is not part of Verizon corporate. If you buy anything from this store you must go back to this store if you have any trouble with your devices. I would never do business here. I needed a new SIM card for my phone and I contacted Verizon corporate via a chat session and they told me that I could go down to this store and get a new SIM at no charge. I made sure that the Verizon support rep knew this store isnt a corporate store and they said they were aware of that, but it shouldnt matter since I was just getting a new SIM card for my existing phone. I drove down to this store and told them I needed a new SIM card for my existing phone and they said that it would be $6.95 for the SIM because they are a retailer. I told them that I spoke with Verizon corporate and they told me this would be at no cost to the customer, this is a Verizon Corporate policy. This store said they have separate stock and that their policy is to charge $6.95 for a new SIM card. I told them that was junk because Verizon corporate will freely ship a new SIM card to the customer and they were wanting to charge for it. Yeah, I know, only $6.95, but it is the moral of the fact that it didnt cost them anything to get the SIM and they are wanting to charge the customer for it. This just underlines how this store does business. They will nickel and dime you for everything you have. I wish people would understand that if you go directly to Verizon online or to a corporate store you will get much better customer service and better prices.
Worst place to come. Rep does not know what he is doing and the reps are very unprofessional. I got told three different prices and none of them were correct. I kept asking over and over and they would give me different answers each time. One of the reps also made a sexual comment about my husband to one of the other reps. Definitely will not be going back there again.

These reps dont know what theyre doing. Go to lubbock or abilene and get your services handled there! Please train your reps in customer service.
Worst place to come to. Reps dont know how to do there job. Wasted 2 hour and didnt get anything. She charged us an activation fee without even adding a plan. Dont waste your time here go somewhere else.
A couple years ago I would have drove to Lubbock or Abilene just to get my phone fixed now that they have a manager and her name is Jessica she has completely turn that store around and I will go to that store as long as she is working there because the customer service is phenomenal
