I called a month before moving down to El Paso. Went and met them. Having my pickup scheduled for some work on it will Im gone.

Would not recommend, if you give a customer an appointment make sure you stick by it not almost hour later and this was at opening hours so there was no reason they were behind on work. Lost me as a paying customer

My husband And I Have been out here for the military For some time Now, and we decided to go with this company for a car fix. The service was absolutely horrible. We will Not be coming here again. The car light was still coming on, AFTER the fact we paid so much money To fix The problem. The service was completely Rude. I do not recommend this Car company to anyone Of our soldiers As well as customers.

Had the rear engine seal replaced on my Ford Eclipse. The specs had changed slightly and the replacement leaked. It took two tear downs and replacements before Ford acknowledged the problem. The part that the seal went in also had to be replaced. Donal replaced it and the problem was fixed. At considerable additional expense to Donal. But they did not charge me any additional cost. I have done business with them for many years. They have serviced several of my cars and trucks. And I have found them to be honest reliable and very reasonable on their prices compared to other shops. And they have stood by their warranties on parts.

I went in for a alternator change and ended up having my axles messed up. When I went to another shop to repair what they broke they couldnt even help me with the payment.My cars axles didnt need to be dropped to replace my alternator but they did it anyway and messed them up. My axles are 550 used and 900 brand new. DONT GO THERE EVER.
