Worst customer service from employees to management. Management gave me the lowest loan amount for an instrument that was worth $4085.00, and only wanted to give me $150.00 for it… what kind of bull is that???? I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this pawn shop, low offers for instruments, tv’s, and other types of electronics. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION… FLEE FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER OF A PLACE. There is a worker there by the name Perla, absolutely disrespectful and I’ve still no idea why she is still working here… she tried to keep me from talking to a manager once when I was going to file an extension but since I work far away, she placed me on hold while I was driving to the store only to have her hang up on me once she saw that I arrived at the store. That is not a good employee.

Visited this pawn shop yesterday and had a great experience. Customer service was great, and the store was clean and organized. They were able to answer all my questions about the piece of jewelry I was interested in and they offered me a great price. I will definitely visit this store again.

Have not had any type of bad experience at all from all of my visits to this particular store, all the staff are nice and kind, and always manage to cut me a deal on my purchases from time to time.

I had one of the worst times going into cash america i have never been mistreated like i did that day they need to learn to hired the correct people with the best customer service the girl that help me out was rude was giving me attitude and im not the only person she was rude as well i had a couple of friends that used to go to the Socorro Cash america but they stop going cause of the girl her name is Cassandra she needs to learn how to be respectful to people and she needs to know what customer service is if she dont know how to do that then she needs to be working were she dont need to talk to people. hope this gets fix but just to say i would never go back to that store ever again and my friends and family wont go either.Thank You

I am amazed at how precise and knowedgeable the people that work here are about all the merchandise they carry i come here often to buy or sell and the service is always the same Awesome!!!! From Carina Yvonne Cassandra all the way to mngt. Mr. Adrian each and everyone of these people will take the time and help you down to the most miniscule detail with a warm smile and politeness that is now missing from businessses today. These young people are a breath of fresh air to an oldie like myself they bring up to date with technology and with new products on the floor. I have never bought anything here and been dissatisfied with my purchase i have always gotten the best advice from all these people as well as courtesy calls when my pawns are going to expire. Now thats quality service at its best from good natured people . Whoever is training these employees kudos great job. Always very helpful but they also know when to let u look and be on ur own. Do not buy from this shop. This shop bought tools from a thief. Im now working with the police to prevent this from hapenning again

Their staff is the worst. They always give low ball offers without even checking the value of the item. When you ask why so little, they always say its because we dont sell that item that much they should hire people who really know what theyre doing instead of just riping people off.

Besides the very unwelcoming look you get every time you visit for just looking around. They always assume your in there to steal if you dont purchase anything. Very uncomfortable visit every time. Starting with management, they need new friendly staff. Or some kind of training. Thnx!

I come here all the time. They give you two months to get your stuff out and try to work with you. Much better at pricing than the one on George Dieter

This store is a joke sells nothing but broken stuff

If u go and look around they usually think u gonna try to steal something. They look at you up and down to see if they see anything in your pockets.
