Great place to go and very friendly people working in there

My wife had fainted while at Walgreens. The staff were very quick to call an ambulance and help her while we waited. A employee who was off, gave me a ride since no taxi or Uber was available. I wish give my deepest gratitude to the store and its employees. Thank you so much from my wife and myself.

The photo staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with Nicole and the other lady working today. It is rare to find such great employees!

Rude people working the drive thru window its not our fault yall decided to close on labor day and you are swamped being rude doesnt accomplish anything have a blessed day

Their system for covid testing is down but apparently they can still send you emails reminding you to go to the test that they cant perform. Told me to drive around town to a different walgreens and said they were giving tests without appointments. Drove all the way over there to see that the other walgreens also DOES require appointments. Liars.

BEWARE!!!! They make unauthorized withdrawals from your bank and refuse to give the money back. Used to be a good pharmacy until they put a rude crossdresser back there.

Very friendly staff. Sometimes pharmacy is a little slow. But they usually are pretty good. Very clean store.

I would suggest that you use another pharmacy. The staff in the pharmacy is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to help people when calling in or visiting in person. There has been several times I have called this location for information regarding getting my medicine filled, when the doctor had sent it in, and inquired about when I need to get the medicines refilled as they have dates they have to be refilled by. Well, the people within the pharmacy are quite rude, seem to have no idea how to use their own systems, and just seem like they do not want to pull up your information at all.I have worked 20 years in customer service, and these people just dont get it. I am sure that this company likes to throw around the word integrity, however if they had any these people would not be in any type of customer service role as the name implies... Customer Service. (Which means, serving the customer.)Their refusal to address the issue has resulted in me moving all of my business away from there and informing any and everyone I know to do the same because bad behavior and refusal to address said behavior should not be rewarded. Wanted to write a review to warn people of their practices. If you want to deal with rude people, attitudes, and just a general attitude of superior this is the place for you.I would suggest CVS or Wal-Mart which are not even a stone throw away from this location. (Wal-Mart is not perfect, however they are not flat out rude to the customers like this staff is.)Such a shame that these retail stores moan the fact that online business takes away their business, yet they treat their customers with disdain and contempt. Its no wonder the online industry is killing these companies.

My favorite pharmacy and awesome staff! Wish I had transferred here from Soddy Walmart long ago.

Bad customer service. Today I ran in for chap stick that was at register. Cashier did not acknowledge me at all. She was to busy with lint brush removing cat hair from another customers shirt. I had to leave chap stick and get to my job. Another time I ran in 10 min before close for a hair product. Employees told me twice they closed at 10. Want go back.

Very convenient and pharmacy stays open late.

Amazing customer service . They are always on the ball . They can help with any prescription I ever have a problem with . My absolute favorite pharmacy .

Great staff and excellent pharmacy.

Worse hours than the other Walgreens. They dont check their messages or faxes for new orders in any timely fashion. Then they have an attitude about why they are slow.
