I first went here and then I was at the office in Dayton TN And I had my eye surgery at the Rhea County medical center. The Doctors were great and so was everyone else that was involved in any way to make sure that I knew I was safe and comfortable with every aspect of the surgery and although I will admit that I was a little bit scared because of the unknown, I was after all having surgery on my eyes but I also knew that I had nothing to worry about and everything went great, as it should have. Thanks again for everything and I definitely will come back here again if I ever need any further concerns about my eyes. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone and give them Five Stars Anytime. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My eye doctor passed away; so I had to do research to find a new opthamologist. I am so glad my research brought me to Dr. Bonners office. Dr. Bonner is very patient, very kind, and listens. I have nothing but respect and great words for the entire practice. I do have a follow-up appointment; so I will be seeing him again soon. His staff; all of them are so helpful, very kind, understanding, and all very professional. I hope they know how much they are appreciated. I highly recommend 😎

You can never get an appointment unless its 6 months away! They told me if my daughter was having problems call and they would take care of her. I called and they couldnt see her for 6 months! Wth! That is ridiculous! We will never go back! Also her glasses fell apart not even a week after having them... oh and the secretary was very rude on the phone!

Terribly upset as a long time customer to try to schedule an appointment online and then never hear from anyone. Call today and confirm that the guy I see is retired meaning they may not accept my insurance anymore. Plus, not as helpful in scheduling anymore. Didnt feel valued as I used to. Such a shame!

No longer sell or repair eyewear and behaved as though no record of my childs having recieved glasses from their establishment exists. Nice.....except not.

Dr Bonner is caring, competent and kind. These are the character traits I look for in doctors I refer to. I am grateful that he practices in our area.

If you are in need of eye/vision care, I highly recommend Complete Eye Care. Their staff is extremely professional, friendly, and highly experienced! I would definitely use them in the future when the need arises!

Waited forever then was passed over for service to those who had come in well after I did. I drove up from Hixson on a recommendation but will not give them my business or return.

I have been here twice in the last 3 years and they treated me very good like I am important to them. they are open late for normal people who work for a living like myself,
