Pros:1. Great Views2. Cheap ($22 for two to ride on Sunday!)3. Relatively challenging with many blind shots4. Ball washersCons:1. The greens are total garbage with huge patches of dirt and bare ground (see photos)2. The fairways are cut very tall and do not play favorably even on good drives.3. The tee boxes are sloped in many places and not well maintained. Similar to the greens. This could be an amazing and beautiful course of some care and maintenance we’re shown to it. For the money, it was a good day out.

I can not speak for the golfing but the climbing is great, definitely some of the best in the southeast and the United States. If you have not climbed here, do yourself a favor and climb here. October and November are the best months to climb around here but you can find a lot of great days through the winter and early spring. Space space late spring summer early fall are all too hot and humid but it’s still fun

Horrible greens. Fairways like concrete. Give it back to the goats. Cart paths like trails. About the only good thing as that it wasnt crowded.

Greens were TERRIBLE, full of weeds, very slow, and full of dead/bare patches. Fairways were not mowed or maintained well at all. Even for a value priced course, the maintenance was bad. The layout and scenery of the course was beautiful, just a shame to see it not maintained well because the course has great potential!

The course is challenging but not in the best shape. Narrow fairways and slow greens. It would be a premium course with some TLC. However Ill go back!

Horrible experience. Grass 2 inches high on the fairway, couldnt find our golf balls due to the high grass. Man at the counter very unfriendly when we arrived. Cheep golf course, you get what you pay for.

Whenever I come to Chattanooga I play the golf course I always end up playing with my son-in-law my daughter and two grandchildren we always have a blast I was there a few weeks ago they better do something about their greens before they go away. But the nature around the golf course is beautiful all the glacier stone rock

Price to play is not bad. Me and my buddies like to come here for a challenge. On Sundays Ive never really seen the snack bar open but they always have chips and candy and cold beer. Nice place to play. The greens do need some work though.

Fantastic place to Boulder! You can easily drive here with any type of vehicle and have about a 45 second approach to the start of the climbing area. The boulders are cool and there are a lot of highballs. You can buy the guide book in the golf pro shop and some do it fluid aka monster. Its about nine dollars a person, but that is not too bad for several hours of fun!

I have played this course for years... I think It has awesome potential. The layout is incredible, hard and easy holes. But someone needs to start over on the grass, the greens and the bunkers. I do always have fun playing it if you are not surrounded by rednecks hitting into you, flipping carts and yelling at there impressive 200 yard drives. Like I said, the layout is awesome, The potential is absolutely there, It just needs some TLC.

Played 8/6/20 and it was in terrible shape. There fairways and rough blended together and where it had been mowed there were grass clumps everywhere. The greens were not much better

Da
Review №24

It’s $25 to play 18 holes with cart included and there is a reason for that. The fairways are mostly weeds, the greens are like Brillo pads, the bunkers may or may not have some sand in them and the layout has some holes that simply are not any fun. There are some great views and the surrounding area is beautiful, but I went to play golf, not sightsee. The clubhouse had some beer and soft drinks for sale but didn’t even have a candy bar or pack of crackers. Won’t be back and I’d recommend that others play elsewhere. It was the least fun round of golf my group has played in a long time.

Could be a fantastic course. Needs work on the greens and bunkers could use a truck load of sand... in each one lol. Overall not a bad place to play.

Solid course for the money. Green quality is sometimes hit or miss (pun kind of intended), but we played on Nov. 11 and they were in good shape overall. Responsive and rolled nicely. The layout is challenging - if you cant keep them in the fairway, bring extra balls!

Fun course for the average player. Reasonable hole lengths and a nice variety of challenges. It is a mountain course so it is hilly but has great views and attractive surroundings. My wife and I had fun.

Golf course has gone downhill over the last 5 yrs, owners do not invest any money back into course, superintendent dont have a clue on maintaining a course, good thing there is no maintenance on rocks or club would go under.

The purpose of my visit was to explore bouldering thats adjacent to this Golf club. This place is a heaven for bouldering enthusiasts. The boulders start in less than 5 min walking from the parking lot. They have problems ranging from V0 to V10. You pay $8 per climber at the golfclub office and can also rent crashpads for $10. This area is fairly covered by trees so you can climb for hours even during peak summer. If you are in the Chattanooga area, do check out this place.

A true mountain course with some 1 of a kind holes. Grass is not the best greens are long and a couple are very sloped. Tight course that goes from fairway to woods, bring extra balls if you shoot over 90!
