I know chics are suppose to be used for livestock or eggs when they get older. We had just bought 4 of the silkies 4 days ago and they all died. My boyfriend said they pointed out a couple of them that wasnt taken care of. Half dead. Theyre still babies. The lady that picked it up and said she could have and after a couple of hours of getting home, it died. You guys should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. They need more care.

If they would spend more time listening instead of talking over you maybe they could provide some customer service. You wouldnt be asking the irrelevant questions you ask if you were listening in the first place. Geez lets use common sense.

I Mistakenly showed up just a couple minutes before closing time. With everything going on in the world I know they wanted to get home quickly. I just wish they would have not let it show how much they did not want to deal with me. They were not rude whatsoever. They were just not the Happy, helpful folks I am used to and Dunlap Tennessee. To make matters worse there are completely out of what I needed. Having said all of that I would still absolutely give them another try.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I spoke with the store about a mower and got a good deal of information that helped me make a decision. When I came in the following day they remembered our discussion and already had the mower set aside for me. They brought the mower around and spent all the time I needed to be comfortable with its operation.

Went in around 7pm on Feb 5, 2020. Asked an older employee where a certain $80 boot I saw online was and he said well if you could read the boots are right there..... Is this how employees treat customers?? I needed the boots so I went ahead and bought them. The cashier was even rude telling me to get out of another customers way with a ton of dog food so he could get to the card reader. I thought he was actually leaving. The customer was completely apologetic and said it was his fault. But how miserable are you at this place that you treat customers that way. You all should be ashamed at your lack of respect for others, let alone yourselves. If youre that unhappy with your life then STAY HOME.

The prettiest knockout Roses, a huge rack of clearance items, knowledgeable staff and a warm sincere cashier..who can ask for better than that. This store is consistently clean and I am able to get all my pets needs met from high quality food to fun toys at a great price.

The help was friendly. But, I bought rabbit feed there. When I brought it home to feed the rabbits I discovered that it was infested with bugs. This is the second time it has happened in as many trips. I reported it the last time. Its their top of the line feed, too. I dont think its the stores fault, because the bags are well sealed.I wish TSC would try to keep this brand of rabbit feed in stock. Sometimes they are out and I have to drive across town to get it.

This location is pet friendly, which is great for socializing and exposing my puppy to new experiences while also trying to run a couple of errands. Both the staff and the other shoppers were nice. It was also easy to find what I needed.

They have almost everything, but in my experience, the salespeople are not very knowledgeable. My last visit I just put down the items I wanted and left, due to the cashier . Instead of expediting the purchase in front of me she had a million questions to ask of the customer. (He had a bag of dog food). I only go here when I have tooIts been that way since the day they opened.

Bought a wood splitter for $200 off on black Friday sale. Good deal... but low on hydraulic fluid and some bolts loose. They charged me for the extra fluid and seemed not to care when I told them that I had to tighten some bolts before I towed it home. They did lend me the crescent wrench to do so though. I do believe that they care but they need to freshen up the management halfway through black Friday to keep up customer service.

I bought a damaged HSK Mower Lift HZR350 for $99.99. Came back to exchange it for 1 that is NOT damaged & asked a MAN for info & he said I needed to get in line I said I have been for 20 minutes & he said well get back in line is all I can say. When I finally got to the register & told the lady the 2nd time I need to exchange it & needed help due to just having back surgery I was told to try to have a good day. Just wanted you @tractorsupply to know i thank you for me spending money that injured myself due to your lazy employees for a product you sell. Disable people better find ANOTHER store to shop at if you DO NOT want to injure yourself like I did. Now how am I going to explain to my doctor on Monday how I re-injured myself? Anyone have any suggestions I can tell him?
