I called to ask if they had dry ice because you know if your fridge breaks you may need emergency supplies to save the products in your fridge right? Well on December 4th at 11:37am the receptionist was very rude and repeated that it was a refrigerator repair company when she could of found a kind way to simply answer my question, ‘no we do not carry dry ice’ and found a way to further help me or politely end the call.
