Wow, the manager at this store was totally rude & unwilling to help. I bought 2 shelves- $120 each but i wanted quality & they were pretty. One ended up being defective- crooked and the production stickers did not peel off- had to use goo gone which also rubbed the finish off. What an idiotic thing for such a pricy item. The manager was less than helpful and had a defensive tone the minute she answered the phone. Horrible experience, do not recommend.

Dear God. Just got back from West Elm on Cedros. Fully ready and eager to buy a sofa. But listen, if you dont want me there, I will gladly leave. I rarely get angry but that lady was rude, rude, rude. Sorry for bugging you there. Off to Restoration Hardware!

I come here often so this review is long overdue. This store is my favorite of all west elms for many reasons. It is always so clean! So organized (even when it’s super busy with customers) everything always smells amazing and lastly, most importantly the staff is always sooo helpful. Belinda Foate is my favorite. I’m lucky to have her help me and my twin brother time and time again. So that sparked the review but non the less everyone is outgoing and willing to do whatever it takes to make that beach community clientele happy which takes skill 😉🙏🏼💯

The sales associate was so helpful, kind, and helped sign me up for the rewards program. I will definitely be returning.

I purchased a product online, and reached out 2 days after making the purchase to inquire on the return process, the woman who answered the phone was unprofessional and rather then let me talk was abrasive in her communication in how returns are made. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her with my call and my return. I purchase from West Elm online regularly and have never had to make a return, I will certainly think about my purchases next time knowing that I may have to deal with a in store representative who is rude, aggressive and unprofessional enough for me to write a silly review. First review EVER by the way, that was how bad my experience was.

Bait and switch store. Advertising a table for $399 but it is not in stock(nothing is) but the shipping is $149. Asked about buying the table on display, no.Classic bait and switch. Never again.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with West Elm. We just bought a house and planned to spend lots more money there than we already did, but the experience was just such a letdown. We spend a substantial amount during our first purchase where the girl who worked there (Erica) didnt inform us about the Key Rewards. Key Rewards gives your 3% of your money back to use on your next purchase. That would have been $200 to one of our next items. She knew that we were going to buy lots of furniture over the next few months, so she should have been telling us. As soon as I found out about the points option I called the store and spoke with Lana. I told her that we would like to cancel our order if we wouldnt get the points. She assured me that she could take care of it and make sure the points were assigned. A few weeks and many phone calls later we still didnt receive the points, but we did receive the furniture already. I think they were just lying to us so we wouldnt cancel the order and never had the intentions to give us the points. During the wait Lana promised me several times to call me and I even asked her for an email with and update and she never called and I never received the email. Im just very disappointed and I cant recommend this particular store at all since the people there just arent honest and helpful

Ill be getting my new furniture from these guys, since they clearly beat the competitions pricing, for the SAME product!

Bad qualityBought a lounge chair the leg broke after a couple of months. You cant buy replacement legs nor will they send me any so I have a 3 legged chair. I expected better customer service and quality.

I love that they bring in local artists for pop-up sales!
