The owners were soooo nice and helpful! They seriously went out of their way to assist me. So nice to still be able to connect with a ma pa store in this day and age amongst the usual large chain companies and corporations. Wish I could give more stars!

After buying their product for over 10 years I will no longer be doing business with them. Despite numerous emails to all departments no-one will respond to my request for a replacement item as their product came to me defective. Cannot understand why a business would treat a longstanding client this way. I would not recommend them at all. There are numerous other companies selling same product and at a cheaper cost. I only purchased from them as I had been buying product for many, many years. Customer service is lacking, spend your money elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and dubious company. They lost me as a customer. I will never ever buy something again. Worst customerservice ive ever seen in my life. Do not buy from here. Wouldnt reccomend it.

I purchased two items from this company, which has only two employees, one of the items was delivered and the other was not in stock. The billing slip had a hand written note saying that they will give me a credit of $10.85-not a lot for them, but for someone who has a fixed income, $10.85 is alot for me. I have yet to receive my refund, it been two weeks, I email them every day and get not answer, I have reported them to the BBB.
