I would not recommend to anyone if you expect any sort of service. I purchased Western Windows. 2 panes of glass are bad. Western has sent the glass to WV, but they refuse to even call back anymore. Be cautious when dealing with Window Visions. Spoke to the owner 2 weeks ago and he doesnt even follow up after he promised to. Stay away unless you like a bad experience after they get your money.

Pretty bizarre... I called today and wanted a sales person to come to my home to eventuate my project and the guys says they dont do that.... yikes so zero customer service???? seems super odd to me
