Great prices with lots of food options and beer. No buffalo trace products.

In an area thats pretty expensive, this place is a gem of affordability. They have the best selection of beer and liquor including top shelf bottles and craft beers, all reasonably priced. They also have a great deli counter. Sandwiches run 7 to 9 dollars and for just 2 dollars more you get double the sandwich!! I highly recommend this place if youre visiting or a local.

Ordered a BLT and it was fantastic. The ratio of bacon to bread to lettuce & tomato and Mayo were perfectly proportioned. Best BLT Ever!! I’d go back for another.

The guys behind the counter are good guys. Very patient. Quick and clean service. I ordered a deli sandwich and the guy put on brand new gloves to make it. Dedication to sanitation was superb. The sandwich was good too.

I like coming to this store for their deli sandwiches on occasion when I want to change it up from the other higher priced Solana Beach eateries. The Benny is my favorite. The guys behind the counter are always nice and cordial. Give them a try.

We arrived here and several officers from the local sheriffs department were here. They claimed that if they ate here it must be good and they were not lying!! Oh my goodness!! Fresh great subs!! Looks a bit sketchy from the outside but the sandwich’s were phenomenal!! Highly recommend!!!

Poor customer service. But the turkey sandwhich had fresh ingredients. I told the cashier that I had a Turkey sandwhich and then he asked his colleague, what did he order, basically implying that I lied to him (and his colleague confirmed with him it was a Turkey sandwhich)? Didnt smile or apologize to me. It was a $10 transaction. Why would I care to lie about that. Wont be going back. Based on the positive reviews left on this review board, not sure why he was so rude to me.

I love shopping at Qwik-Korner Deli-Grocery. Even though the quality of food is somewhat below Whole Foods you pay only half the price. The people who work there are always fun and very helpful. Especially in the evenings it is getting a bit crowded but other than that I always had pleasant shopping experiences.

Nickel and diming on extra charges for bags and credit cards especially when they think you are foreign. Need to incorporate their costs into the prices of goods the right way or offer discounts for cash. It’s the small things that drive return customers away.
