He hung up on me before we finished the conversation. If he would have been more patient he would have realized that I was going to pay him up to $150 for literally no work.

Tim quoted me a price to diagn3 of $95 when I called him 4 days Fter he said he would call me he said it was $1000 to fix I said not going to fix he then tells me he has 2 and

So I had these people come in to fix a refrigerator and they actually did not fix it. He said there was something wrong with the wiring and he could fix it if I paid him. So I paid him and he claimed he repaired the refrigerator. The appliance was never actually fixed. And this business claims that they warranty their work, well they did not. We called him and he wouldn’t respond to us. In my book, he is a thief and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. I would give him -5 stars if I could.

A big No Show!

Tim czme& said my hot water, which was only one yr. old, could be fixed. Tim got it going.Fair price. Two days later it stopped burning. I plus my handiman could not get it lit. I have called Tim many times. He has no voice mail set up. I sent Tim a message, more than once thru his son Shane 2 tell his dad 2 contact me. Just wanted 2 know should I buy another tank or what did he do 2 get my tank going? New part or just tweet it. What part did he fix. Tim gave me no receipt which would have told me. I paid Tim cash. Poor business man.

Can you rate in the minus? This is how I feel. Called on a Thursday and set up appt for Tuesday next week and was told he’d be there around 11 am on Tuesday. Never heard from him so I called day of appt. he told me it would be a couple hours before he could get to me. No problem but when I called again he acted like we never spoke and I said we just did earlier today. He asked to put me on hold and hung up. I figured by the time you became an adult lying was over. Not with Tim’s appliance repair. So I called another appliance repair business and was told they will be out in the morning. Here’s keeping my fingers crossed this not a trend.

Had oil praying on my clothes from my 4 yr. old Kenmore front load washing machine. Tim was honest enough to tell me to first check all my warranties to see if it was covered to save me Money. Additionally, Tim let me know upfront it would be a costly repair. He advised me to be cautious when purchasing new appliances, find out who does the service repairs if any and call that number to verify they really cover the product.. Valuable information. Thank you Tim ! You will be my repair go to guy!

His knowledge is extensive and his prices are adorable and he is always helpful, Honest, Available, &nice. I will Definitely use his services again and again.
