Great service went out of his way to help me find what I needed thanks

Took my Arctic Cat Prowler in for a coolant leak and an oil change. I told them at least twice that the coolant had sprayed out on the inside of my right front tire. I was told 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, and finally five weeks later I went to pick it up. They had lost the key. The next day I came back with a key and found that they hadn’t listened to what I said. They overpressurized the system to create a leak which they then fixed, but the real problem was a blown fuse that caused the coolant to come out the overflow. I took it home and changed the fuse. I spent $380 and five weeks without a wheeler for an oil change and the possibility of a problem due to overpressurizing my coolant system. This is the short story. Don’t take anything here to be fixed.

Lane walked me through a wiring harness issue after he overnighted a new one for me. I was in a pinch with guests from down south and he had me back in the river the next day. Having a steering issue and need to do a couple of more trips before winter. Hes been very helpful and free with his knowledge. Thank You Lane

Mercury makes a quality product. Too bad the Soldotna dealership has a less than scrupulous owner, Lane. I cant believe that hes still in business, especially after the way he treated a couple of friends of mine, he way overcharged for simple maintenance, and ordered parts, namely propellers,and tried to force them on him. I personally dont recommend Arctic Motor Sports for anything.

Can rarely get ahold of Lane. The business phone goes to an eventual machine saying Hello this is Lindsey leave a message and Ill give you a call back. Who the hell is Lindsey? He overcharges because hes the only Mercury game in town, makes false promises regarding work, and youre left wondering if he cut corners because you have to get on him to complete a job that has already taken 1-2 weeks longer than it should have. Ill take my business to Anchorage from now on. Way to go Lane!

Rude and unprofessional to a person he doesn’t even know. As a born and raised Alaskan I’d expect more from business owner.

Lane really knows his business well. He is very friendly and professional as well.
