I drove up from Homer knowing I might not get what I needed. I didnt. Am I angry? No. They warned us. (My flywheel is one of the off-chance ones that they cant be resurfaced.) But, I did get something while I was there, besides $100 in parts I was going to buy in Homer when I got back. Then thought better of it, as my experience kept going. I got a great experience. Victor and Teresa (Theresa?) were professional, empathetic and beyond helpful. (Thomas too, for the background stuff.)
