Carpet looks good but carpets tacs/nails sticking out along all the edges of carpet in every single room…... Kids are hurting their feet. I called and asked to speak to the owner and was DENIED.Was told it was our fault for choosing cheaper thinner carpet, however I wanted the more thicker expensive one first. We were told that the tacks/nails stick out with thinner carpet and we should have known.If someone would have stated that the carpet was going to have nails sticking out we definitely wouldn’t have gotten that thin carpet.When does carpet come with nails? LAZY.Trying to make a house sale, so frustrating. Never had any issues with Rugbones before. Unprofessional and LAZY. Looks pretty but OUCH!

Bought and paid for a bathroom carpet and installation on June 21, 2021. Today is July 27, 2021. NOT one call to schedule an installation or nothing. We will be picking up the carpet tomorrow and install it ourselves. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Will not be doing business with them again. Will probably have to sue to get the installation charge back..

GREAT place for all floor coverings. I highly recommend these guys. They also do a great job of installing .
