Terrible. I went here and tried to just get replacement glasses. They said they could figure out what type of glasses to replace them with. They told me however that they would not do that without a prescription. I tried explaining that I just want replacements. No they were like you need a 200 exam first. Sorry not dealing with that.

Dr. Powell performed a very through exam on me and I was impressed with the completeness and use of latest testing equipment. I did not feel like there was any compromise whatever in the exam. The glasses fitting was pleasant and carefully done. I wanted my reading portion moved lower which they did and I was wrong. They freely offered to remake my glasses even tho they were made the way I wanted them. I will be going to this Vista Optical for my future needs.

I have been going to Vista Optical for several years now because they have always been professional, friendly and have always gotten me in and out in 30 min to an hour with little to no waiting. It’s worth the drive from Homer!!

I knew the moment I put my new glasses on that something was not right. I was told to try them for a while so my eyes can adjust. It just isn’t happening. Closeup work was a disaster. Try drilling a hole when you can’t see the mark. I have to keep tilting my head back because my glasses keep slipping down my nose. I struggle to focus. Am going back but wearing my old glasses.
