I’ve been hard of hearing since childhood. I’m now 70. I’ve tried more than 8 different types of hearing aids in the past 50 years, and this is the first hearing aid I wear every day, most of the day. Miracle Ear’s technology is far superior to any device I’ve had. And the customer service from Cory and staff is far more than ever provided by other audiology clinics. I’d given up on getting hearing aids until I tried this new Miracle Ear. It’s changed my life and relationships.

I have now had my hearing aids for 9 months. I went to Miracle Ear strictly because I had a coupon in the mail for free hearing test. I knew I had some hearing loss from a previous test I got at another facility but it wasnt enough to warrant hearing aids. What pushed me into getting another test was not being able to hear in a busy ER during a stressful case. I was so glad I went because there were more tones that I was missing that could have risked a patients life. When I got them my test on how they worked was having my daughter come to the appointment, stand behind me with about 30 feet between us and say softly something that only I would know. I was now able to hear and answer her. I realized what all I was missing. It did take some time for me to get used to them I will say about one week the reason is I was now being overloaded with sound that I hadnt heard before. I learned that I had speakers for my stereo on the ceiling of my car. Music never sounded like that before. They offer cleaning of the hearing aids so that they stay in good working condition. One of the funniest things I have learned from getting hearing aids is when my children are talking snark about me I can now hear it and I can call them out on it. It has made our last vacation so much better because of what I can hear. My hearing aids get paired to my work iphone at this time there is no program to pair to an Android phone that has an up-to-date firmware. I hope that gets change because I would really like the hearing paired to my personal phone. These have truly made an impact for the good to my life. Yes they are more expensive than others but I feel it is so worth the expense. Cory and Rory and all the staff there have been great and able to answer my questions when I call. I get phone call reminders on how often I need to get them cleaned and that saves me from having to remember and call them to make an appointment. I have a very strange schedule and they are usually able to accommodate. There was a time I called that day because I just happened to be home and they fit me in and got me back to hearing at the level I was used to. The reason I could not hear correctly was because there was wax buildup which meant I was not cleaning them correctly.

Cory and April are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have had my hearing aids for about a year now and even when I was out of state and couldn’t find a Miracle Ear store near me they got me what I needed. I would definitely recommend them.

Finally talked my 86 year old father into aids. It changed his outlook on things. Huge life changer for him. Staff was excellent and really new their profession. Thank you !!!!

Very thorough. Explains things well & answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed. He makes sure everything is satisfactory & makes adjustments until it is. I know that I can get a quick adjustment if needed or my hearing aids cleaned at any time in between check ups. They are a friendly & helpful service!
