Awful service and poor install. I had Berber installed - they were short carpet and left us without stair carpeting while they had to order more which took 2 weeks. The install job itself was sub par with rough edges and visible seams. I had to trim all the frayed edges myself and it’s still not adequate. The owner showed up without calling first and agreed that it needed to be cleaned up but nothing was done. Then the installer showed up without notice to finish the job. We had to cancel plans for that one. Should have gone with giant dons.
