I just wanted to thank this store and employee for their kindness, knowledge, and patience. We had an old camera and accessories, the employee tested it to see if it worked, gave us options, and even looked up how much we could try to sell it for on ebay. Thanks to him, we sold it and made a little money to boot. Thank you!!

Just rented a lens for a weekend horse show here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who know their tradecraft very well. Give them a try before you consider looking at online options. This team will point you in the right direction.

The lady that took care of me atoday Thursday, October 22 was outstanding and exceptional in her service. I had dropped my digital camera and I knew I had damaged the lens on it and it was a special camera to me. The lady cleaned my camera told me probably what was wrong with the lens and told me specifically how to go find one on Amazon or eBay that specifically would fit my camera which I’ve had for many years.It’s so hard to find people that service anymore and I’m glad that Dodd is still in business and that they have such an excellent employee.

Every time I need help with my camera, or if I need accessories, the customer service I receive at Dodd Camera in Solon is top notch. They understand my needs and even help me find deals. Sure, some items could probably be purchased cheaper by shopping online, but Id be missing out on the one-on-one personal experience that ensures that Im getting exactly what I need. I highly recommend these people. Theyre friendly and they know what theyre doing!

Really happy I got my camera here but their class wasn’t too structured and the person teaching it was kind of impatient which made me anxious and just wanted the class to end... they also gave me two wrong parts.. but happy with my Nikon :)

I was having a problem with my camera. I wasnt able to take moving pictures without a blur. The sales person was very knowledgable and was able to solve my problem in a few minutes. He was very polite while listening to my explaination.In addition, I decided to purchase a camera for my daughter while I was there. I did not check the prices prior to my visit. I was very happen to find out several days later that a GROUPON coupon that came out was for the exact same price as what I had already paid at the shop. And I had gotten to try out four different brands of cameras and was able to easily make a selection after having been able to touch all four. I will definitedly shop there again in the future. Id highly recommend them.
