Is their anybody here who actually works for American bass after 4 emails, 6 calls and was placed on hold for 40 min bob still hasn’t gotten back to me. After I spoke to some lady today about just sending me a refund since their is no ETA for when he will have any subwoofers in stock even though his website states they are in stock I’m over it. I definitely do not know what is so complicated about calling back or emailing me back, bob said he would call me today and nothing I just want my money back at this Point in time will definitely not be doing business with them any more.

This gear is some of the best money can buy. Dont be fooled by older brands which have slowly wittled away at the quality they became popular off of. American Bass is top of the line. Most flexible and highest quality wires with VFL, best AMPS period stop the game, over-engineered subs. At this point, American Bass has nothing to prove to anyone. Youll know it when you hear it!People, splurge on the box or you will blow it to smithereens. Please do not put some top of the line subs in a budget box. Take the time and funds to install this gear properly. Tune those amps properly. Do it right, educate yourself on the physics, and take your time.Also, people seem to have issues about the location itself. This is a warehouse. There are signs posted everywhere detailing the logistics and operations of this location. You can always go to an actual dealer or use the web site if you want to browse...

They have horrible communication. I drove over 40 minutes after calling 2 different times to confirm they would be there (Spoke to Bob both times) and once I got there a sign on the door said Closed for Retail so I called while standing outside and a different person answered the phone (a woman with thick accent) and had no idea what I was doing there and told me to wait in my car. 30 minutes later I left.

I dont know was it because of cov 19 but i went here to buy 4 6x9 Godfathers and they made us wait outside to get the speakers i never open the box but when i went to get them installed they open the box with me standing there and 2 was Godfathers and the other 2 was power acoustik im not made because i should have open the box before i drove off thank you 5 star auto helping me out lesson learn open all your boxes before leaving the store!!!!

Lucky to even get 1 star. The equipment is okay. But the company itself is horrible. I bought a shirt 3 months ago, you know, to support the brand. Called several times after it didnt show up and got the run around. Well today I finally called to say Im done, and supposedly issued a refund. Idk if they did or not, but as of right now they ripped me off so idc. Ill never buy a product from them again. If I cant get a $15 t-shirt, what makes me think I could buy a $300 subwoofer and it show up? Dont take the chance, theyre full of excuses. Skar Audio will treat you much better, I promise. Dont say I didnt tell ya!!!

Ok so i wanted to comment on the review about the man with the bad accent. that is bob he owns the company, yes he has a very thick accent and you do have to sometimes repeat yourself over the phone but he will go above and beyond to help you. if you go instore they give you great prices and show you all the options you have and even advise you how to make your system the best. do not buy the subs online most of the time you will pay half as much as you would instore if you try to buy online. i had a great time going out there to buy subs and i have been back many times to help friends build there own sound systems.

I called with a few questions and the person that answered could only speak simple english. I asked about the length of an amplifier and he told me 30 miles, I then hung up and called back and got a woman with the same level of english. she went on to tell me thst the amp i asked about is ABOUT 18 in length. I asked for an exact length an could not get one. I then asked about pricing and was put on hold for 6+ min, where i eventually hung up, and gave up on the product....

I ordered 2 of the XFL1522 for a custom built box made to spec for these subwoofers. They sounded great for about 2 days after we installed into a customers build. They were hooked up to an Audiopipe 3000.1d at 2 ohms. One Subwoofer held up well and the other did not. The voice coil completely came unraveled and was buzzing and causing the amp to go into protect every time the bass would hit. Contacted customer support with JB tool Sales about this problem and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer. American Bass boasts about a 1 year warranty on their Subs, but they do not honor it. Seller keeps pushing me to the manufacturer and vice versa. This is ridiculous. Amazon took the side of the seller even though I spent upwards of 20K with their company last year alone. This is not including what I have spent in 2015. I advise against buying these subs because they are hit or miss in craftsmanship. I will be sure to advise every Basshead I know which is in the thousands to steer clear of this company and their false advertising.
