Really excellent. Helped me right off the bat with new tips for my existing hearing aids and they will research coverage to see if an upgrade is covered.

Dr. Hawkins was great! I was in town visiting and my wife said I really needed to get my hearing checked. I didnt really want to go, but a friend suggested Hawkins Hearing so i went online and was easily able to get an appointment. Megan, the receptionist, was very nice to talk to and I got in right away. Dr. Hawkins, Carol, took me back to the spacious testing sound proof room and explained what we were going to do and hooked me up to test my hearing. Easy enough. After that we into another room and showed me my results and explained what I could hear and what I was missing out on - unfortunately quite a bit, and it conformed what I already suspected. We talked about the pluses and minuses of various brands and designs and chose what we thought was going to work best for me.Soo glad I went! I cant say enough about the kind, knowledgeable and professional treatment I received from Dr. Hawkins and her staff.

Every once in a While my brain needs adjustment and this time it told me by shutting my heaRing down. I went to visit with Carol and company at Hawkins hearing. A couple of minutes and I was back to operational. Its always like that - Carol knows what shes doing. And shes very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Try them. Youll like them.
