I arrived this morning at 7:30 am only to be rudely “greeted” by Ben At the Solon Fed Ex which I have frequented for years. Ben was annoyed (shown by physically shaking his head at me through the window) that I showed up at opening time and intentionally delayed opening the door past 7:30 even though my arms were full of packages and it was a blustery snowstorm. Needless to say I went elsewhere for fear of trusting Him to pack or ship expensive Christmas gifts.What happened to a “good morning” or “can I help you?” It’s so sad that good customer service is a rarity in spite of being a simple concept.

Horrible customer service!! If you are a person of color DO NOT bother to come to this location. The guy waited on the woman who was behind me first then attempted an apology. Take your business to Twinsburg.

Avoid this place like your life depends on it. They usually have one person working the counter for the entire store. When you have 5 to 10 people waiting in line and only one person working the counter, this is unacceptable.They also make phone calls a priority over people waiting inside the store. Which is unusual because its a literal miracle to get someone to answer the phone at this location.Service is slow (slow being an understatement), employees are rude, this location is bad.I would recommend using an alternative shipping service such as UPS or USPS.If you absolutely need to use FEDEX, the Engle Road location in Middleburg Heights is decent (havent had any issues there).

Said I couln’t Use Home Depot boxes when every other fed ex store accepted them. One little ding in another box and they would not accept it. I go to Bedford heights now even if it s farther away. I ship a lot and Solon is losing a lot of business! Avoid this fed ex!!

Very expensive, I need 3 different diploma copy in black and white, and all of the 3 copies in double sided letter size black and white, but I was charged $9.39, because of the resizing, all the process took less than 5 minutes, I don’t make that much of a money in 5 minutes, do not recommend this store, or go ahead and do it by yourself in the store, do not ask them to do it for you, my only mistake was not to ask the price before the print, and my initial thought was it would not cost more than couple bucks.
