Not to bad. Go in the first driveway that says shipping even if bringing a load of pallets in, disregard the sign for recieving pointing to the next driveway. Those signs are for HD Supply. Turn in the first driveway pull up to the sign before the 1st set of docks, walk up the sidewalk into the car lot to the first set of glass doors there you will see sinage for Millwood shipping and recieving, fill out the sign in sheet and the clerk will take it from there. I was given a door immediately, door 1but had to wait for the guy checking into move so I could back in, fairly quick, no complaints

She refused to print her name on BOL, you guys need to teach her when she received something she should sign, print her name and put date, please see in picture what she have done

Shipping office personnel very helpful, kind and friendly especially the receptionist. Arrived 3 hrs early and given a door. Would pick up a load from here anytime.

Very slow unloading like two and half hour

Worst ppace I have ever delivered to. Got here Tuesday 23:30 for a Wednsday 04:00 appoitment. They did not open until 6am. Debbie, the front desk lady was very rude and said, you are lucky we are taking you in because your appoitment was at 4am. Also gave me a copy of signed BOL with the top half completely unreadable. Sadly there is no number for a manager but I let the broker know. I also have pictures of their hours and proof that I came in four and a half hours before the appoitment time. Its times like these that Im glad to have the ELD. This is my first and last time I will ever come here. After 13 years on the road they are the first place I will refuse to go to.

A very nice woman Blond hair is in the office. Her name is Debbie. I was skeptical coming to deliver before my appointment time. She gave a door with a brite smile and even wished me a happy Thanksgiving. Wow this was my first time been here but I dont mine coming back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Working only by appoinment if you late you need change appt time. To load pallet take 1-2 hours

Pick up pallets weekly from here. They are top notch and strive to get you loaded in a timely manner. Debbie always goes above and beyond the extra mile to squeeze you in the schedule when you’re not scheduled for that day. Very professional and courteous.

I visit this facility weekly and as long as you’re on time and courteous there are never any issues! The staff treats me with kindness and respect and on occasion when I’m late they are very understanding and accommodating! The facility is loud and dusty and a hard job but the workers here are very professional!!👍

I give 3 stars for the forklift guys. For the rude old lady in the shipping office she deserves 0 start.I arrived a 3 am my appointment was scheduled for 6:30 . I parked on the side I went inside the warehouse because doors were opened I asked the guy with the forklift I have a pick up at 6:30 .He said the shipping office is closed now but they open at 6. I asked him if I can back up to an open door he said yes go to door 7 it was the only door free.I walked to the office I said good morning please I have a pick.......She didnt let finish talking and she started screaming at me YOU SHOULDNT BACK TO A DOCK BEFORE YOU CHECK IN. I was trying to explain to her but no way she very bad even she didnt believe what I said. She has no respect at all.

I was told by broker to come over and they will be expecting me to get loaded. I was sitting for more than three hours and ran out of the hours. Should have believe reviews before me. A message for the “owner” who may accept a critique and apologize; that doesn’t pay my bills and doesn’t fill up my tanks. Because of your unorganized plant or shipping office, or whoever, I am going to miss my load tomorrow. I was suppose to leave this area before snow and ice rain but thanks to you, believe or not, my whole week got screwed. I am obviously not the only one and I know what goes around comes around. DRIVERS! Stay away from this place! I didn’t trust the reviews and I’ve got screwed!

Very nice delivery, busy but well run facility, I arrived over an hour early and was ready to wait until my appt, Debbie at the front office was very helpful and did her best to get me unloaded early,I was empty and on my way in less then an hour, Thank you 😁 I will definitely grab this load again. Great place to come to. The people in the office are extremely fast as well as friendly. Trucks are loaded fairly quick considering how many trucks are in there every day.

This place is an absolute joke. No respect what so ever for the truck drivers that deliver there freight. Was kept waiting for 8 hours to get unloaded after driving all night because it had to be delivered straight through. They wont even let you use a restroom and the Blonde headed lady at the desk couldnt have been anymore rude. Truck drivers beware if you are delivering a load here your going to be there all day. This place would be better off being ran by circus monkeys.

They preload Smith Transport trailers or live load Smith Transport quickly. Have been coming here for years and I never have had a problem. If you need a rest room they usually let you go to it. Very nice people working here

Millwood Company has always been fast and reliable on loading and getting appointments when needed. Debbie, who works at the window, is very kind and professional at what she does. THEY deserve ZERO stars....on march 8th 2019... there was a snowstorm all through OHIO... I picked up in ridgeway VA and drove as much as i could without wrecking my truck... i had a 9am appt... arrived at 11am... when i arrived the RUDE lady at front office tells me i will get unloaded at 5pm.... i had a pickup on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON going to MO for saturday delivery and 2 booked loads after for a $3700 weekend gross.I was kind and polite and asked her to please understand that it was a SNOWSTORM and i couldnt make it on time.... she wouldnt listen and said 5pm.....I waited till 5 and lost all my loads for the weekend...AT 5pm i still had to wait for a door until 545pm even though she knew i was outside waiting...THE ENTIRE time i waited only 2 trucks came in for deliveries... even though the docks were available she made me wait..while there i ran out of cigarettes... at 615pm i saw some guys smoking so i asked for a cigarette for purchase and these guys were smoking weed.... INCREDIBLEright in front of main glass doors they are smoking out... so WHAT KIND of SAFETY does this company promote???WHAT kind of owner allows this to happen YET they hold up trucks trying to PUNISH them as if they were our parents...When i went in for my bills i told the lady i was gonna leave a review and spread the word so ALL drivers would boycott this place and she then became even more RUDE and AGGRESSIVE... telling me that she has the last word...soo truckers BEWARE... you will lose not only your day here but possibly your next load...my broker called several times and she wouldnt even be bothered...I only took this load for my broker who had a falloff and needed to get this load moved.got paid $850 for 500 miles and had to deal with all the BS and lost another $3700TRUCKERS BEWARE

Been here twice now and both times were closed and no information on what i actually need to do. Couldnt find my paperwork for loaded trls and no where to drop paperwork for loaded trls im dropping.

Terrible. On time for the appointment and it still took over 3hrs. They wont even try and give you an estimate on completion. No respect for the drivers whatsoever.

Its the 1st driveway where it says shipping. Park the truck and go to the front of the building to check in . There are no signs posted to do this so hopefully this helps.
