Neat store, but the employee was condescending & guilt-trippy with offers of warranties, numerous times. A shame because the other employees Ive dealt with over the years were more respectful. I wont be coming back.

I was in the store for 15 minutes and no one said a word to me. I had to ask for help and when the guy came to help he made it seem like I was taking him away from something more important. He was rude and obviously didnt care. If your looking to buy something buy it online its a lot easier and you dont have to put up with rude people.

I take my children here all the time. Just about everything video game related Ive bought from here.Problem: the one manager is not honest. He will lie to you and try to cheat you. Ive had several issues but here is just one.I had a warranty issue with a Nintendo switch. This particular manager tried to convince me there was no warranty on this device after 30 days. To give it to him and pay the deductible for the extra protection plan I bought. Then he tried to upcharge me and sell me a new insurance plan.I called Nintendo directly and they told me that I had a year warranty on it and they would fix or replace for free.I went back to the store and demanded he return my old device and give me my money back.Now he didnt know this but I had spoken to a different manager at another store location just to verify if they might have made a mistake... Nope, other manager almost didnt believe me when I told him the story.So anyway, I went back to the store and told him what Nintendo said about my warrant and replacing it. He denied that Nintendo would do that... Then tried to say he wouldnt be able to return my device because it was already turned in for insurance.... Long story short...I demanded he return it to me and refund me. I wasnt talking no for an answer.I still go here because its by my house... Im just more cautious and try not to deal with him.

Seems like if you know the staff, you get greeted and helped. If youre not a regular... Good luck. And stores complain about Amazon stealing their business. Amazon wont ignore me when I want to add a Nintendo Switch to my cart.

The people at GameStop are all 100% knowledgeable accurate and they really care about the customers. Theyre one of the most helpful retail outlets of any kind in Atlantic County.

These guys are great! You can trade stuff in, and if you buy a game and you dont like it, you can return it. Super cheap deals on every game platform available.

The gamestop location in Somers Point has the most knowledgeable people working there. They are very helpful with every and any item you ask them about, their trade ins and prices are fair its a great location to deal with.

This particular GameStop I didnt actually go into. Im pretty sure I went to the manco and mancos that was next door to it. But I almost went in. Anyway gamestops are pretty much all the same. I really like GameStop. I have a rewards membership. I get the discount prices and good deals. Not only that but GameStop always has a lot of cool apparel and accessories. I sometimes spend more time looking at the toys and gadgets that I do video games.

Went to this particular game stop with my boyfriend a few months back cause he wanted to preorder his kh ps4 pro. my bf joked with the clerk that once he gets his pro in hes gonna give me his old ps4, to which the clerk turns to me and begins to explain how the ps4 is also a dvd and blue ray player and has video streaming services... now, ive been playing on playstation since the ps1 came out and was probably a few years older than this girl. of course she had no way of knowing this but also she didnt seem to care and just assumed i didnt know anything. she also didnt let me interject as she went off explaining the inner machinations of the ps4 to me. you might argue that she was just doing her job but i couldnt help but feel a little bit judged. i left the store thinking wow, ive just been mansplained to... by a girl.

Dont give much for trades but still great store
