I have been using this pharmacy location (even before it was Walgreens) and I periodically ask myself why I put myself through the inadequacy of the staff. Hailey was so rude when my daughter and I picked up a prescription for her and had to go back twice due to the staff putting in my daughter’s insurance card in wrong. I wish I would learn eventually and use another pharmacy. Anyplace has to be better than Walgreens in Somers Point!

I was a satisfied Rite Aid customer for many years, and must say that I liked this store much better as a Rite Aid. I got much better deals as a gold member for Rite Aid - not only am I now paying more for items that I am purchasing, but no one at the store can explain the rewards system as Walgreens has it. In particular, the $5 coupon off $20 that isnt really a coupon, but the 5000 bonus points that will appear as a credit within 48 hours, which never appeared, but no one can explain why. The staff is friendly, as always, and they did seem to keep many of the Rite Aid associates, which is good. And the prices are still much better than those at CVS. But I really wish this new company would be more transparent and straightforward regarding their deals.

Drive thru pharmacy is the worst. They are the slowest Ive ever seen in my life.

They always have my medication in stock an are very pleasant its a pleasure every time I have to get my medication from them thank you!

The same problem the others had they dont call or text when your order is ready and when i call orginally they said yhey would ¬ 24 hr do i have to have breathing problems

Was alot happier with rite aid in Somers point NJ at least they had the common courtesy to call there costumers when medicine had to be ordered I called my childrens meds in yesterday at 9am I was told I would be getting a call when it was ready never got a call so I called this morning when you opened and was told by a lady that the one med had to be ordered and wouldnt be in till after 3pm I have been a customer of rite aid for 10 years and never had any problems if this is the kind of business you planning on running Ill be going els werei understand you just recently converted into a Walgreens but still have the courtesy to call costumers

The drive-through pharmacy is just terrible you sit there for the longest and they just walk back-and-forth as if they don’t see you even if you ring the call bell.

My favorite store in town. Every employee greets me with a smile and after many years of shopping both CVS and Rite Aid, I can honestly say that my savings are SIGNIFICANT at Rite Aid! The store is always well stocked, the staff willing to help and the plenti program continues to offer money towards my sale. I called my Somers Point Rite Aid today to find out about a script they did not have when my husband went to pick up. After explaining the situation, I was placed on hold. The pharmacist picked up the phone and said what do you need like she did not want to be bothered with this. Where has customer service gone?????? When did rude and unacceptable behavior become the expected??? When did people stop earning my business???
