Great Big Lots Store. Again nice help. I could not find something and the young lady took me right to the item. Yeah Big Lots!

Went here to pick up a mattress that we purchased and let me just tell you, Don and Ambrose were amazing! We have been on such a timeline with our upcoming move, and they truly seemed to care about helping us out, and even wished us well on our move! These two guys are short staffed, yet still working with a smile on! We also ended up being interested in a couch, and they didn’t have it in stock, but called around to find a store that had it for us!

Great rewards program. A favorite store for the local community. I hope it survives in spite of the Target opening soon.

That have a lot of furniture, compared to what they used to. The staff was friendly, and the store was easy to navigate with a large shopping cart. The layout of the store made it easy to find what I was looking for.

This store is good but need more things you can buy there

A lot of the shelves were empty, but everything I went for was in stock. Their web site also stated this location sells eggs & milk, but I saw no cold cases or refrigerators at all. 🤔

They re-arranged the store. Its a mess. Nothing is priced. Frustrating.

Went looking for specific stuff the staff was very helpful.

Their layout is crazy. Floors are cracked.. Cant get a cart down some Isles. But its big lots.

Frank’s customer services skills are above and beyond very nice guy always busy even though the wait is always long he always just kindly informs you hey how are you I’m helping someone right now and I’ll be right with you and if it take a little long he will have another associate help so your not waiting !! My first visit was today, and I was impressed! The store is clean and well organized with good lighting, wide-enough aisles and adequate, easy parking. I was able to get most of what I was looking for with little trouble. The associates were friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty good, and I was able to utilize a $20 off $100 coupon from their website without being a rewards member. My only knock is that they sell a really strange assortment of merchandise; however, if you need what they sell, it seems to be a really good place to shop!

Never buy anything from him there is a super rude employee named matt.this store does not work either a complaint department.For the employee of called.matt it is more important to move a table. I as a client ask him. and his answer was Im busy.Since Im Hispanic, he doesnt care about my question that day I went to buy a set of furniture.in my life living in America first bad experience that I look in this store.but I dont dare to say that that was racist I dont think so but Im left with !doubts!my advice is for the matt employee to change his shape. in this life all people are important no matter race or color or nationality

I love Big Lots and I enjoy shopping there once in a while when Im around however Im disappointed that there is no baby section for diapers wipes and stuff for babies which would really be a good thing for parents and I was surprised to see that indoor or outdoor pillows are priced very high 12 and 15 and up even one is close to $8 with a discount but everywhere else the pillows are cheaper than that it would have been nice if it was priced lower other than that its a good store to get some things that you need

As always I was able to find good deals but today encountered one of the most rudest employee ever!!!! She was of oriental descent and was training a new employee. She was not only rude to fellow employees but customers coming into the store. I wrote a letter to the cooperate office and encourage anyone else who have seen or experienced her rudeness to do the same. If thats how they are training new employees this store will close down in no time.

Lady at the checkout was very nice.

Its not that I dont like Big Lots, but its a frustrating place sometimes. I needed a product and couldnt find it in its normal location. I circled around again, and spied it way up high on a top shelf just beyond my reach. I found a young man a store shirt and asked for help. He reached up and took down 2 bags of the chips and handed them to me. I asked if the rest shouldnt be down where other customers could reach them too, and he responded, yes, probably, and then walked away without putting the rest on the shelf! Is this a millenial thing or part of the store training? I suspect it is the first one. Big Lots, please make shopping convenient and quick for your customers!

Recently bought patio furniture there. The sales person was friendly and helpful with my purchase. He was different from your average May I help you? Indifferent sales person. He even helped me get the boxes in my truck. Its tough to find anyone in a good mood in retail now a days, so to have this experience at big lots and be happy with the quality of the furniture is great.

I usually come here to get most of our household necessities (toilet paper, cleaners, cooking wear etc) for a good price. Youll find the oddball reject snacks pushed out of the big grocery store chains (my gf and I have a thing for trying weird flavors of chips) or stuff thats about to expire marked down super cheap. Weve also bought furniture from here of decent quality, for our first apartment, thats lasted us a couple years.Its usually pretty busy here during the day, but you can tell the staff works hard and is friendly and usually will help you find what you need. Check out is a little slow, though.

I love BIG LOTS!!!! Great bargains and awesome Customer Service. I called the Furniture Department to get some information in a piece that I had seen. The young lady that I spoke to was so pleasant and knowledgeable so I came into the store a few days later. As luck would have it, I met the young lady behind the voice! Her name is Makeda. WHAT A JOY!!!! She not only took the time to show me things, she was more than happy to tell me specs and details about each piece, help to order a piece that wasnt on the floor, and she helped me get the best bargains for my money. She did all of this while being the only person in the department. She took her time. She didnt make me feel rushed. She was patient and very, very kind. Big Lots, PROMOTE HER AND GIVE HER A RAISE! You have a true gem of an employee in her. I already shopped at Big Lots but because of Makeda I will KEEP coming back!!!! They accept cash and cards. Social distance. Plenty of Free parking and are wheelchair accessible. Whatever you need and stuff you didnt know you needed, you can find here! Have fun and enjoy!!!!

Wide selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, good quality furniture, seasonal decorations, isnt always organized. My over all visits were very good. This was when Dave was the Mgr The new one is unconcerned and rude to some patrons and cold to staff.

I love how this Big Lots store has a large selection of furniture on display in the store. It is nice to be able to sit down and feel how comfortable the furniture is in person without having to thumb through pages of catalogs. The prices are unbelievable! I have bought furniture from Big Lots in the past and I took advantage of the no-intrest financing that is offered when your Big Lots credit card is used to purchase furniture. Of course, I cant forget to mention the rest of the store... There are bargins down every aisle: housewares, bedding, seasonal items, food, car needs, and health & beauty items.
