Maureen is a kind, patient and professional coordinator. I had a hard time getting my daughter there for her auditory processing test these past few months and Maureen worked with us. My daughter’s appointment was on time and she was treated in such a wonderful way! I highly recommend this facility and I’m grateful for our experience.

I asked if they could help me with my specific problem and they said yes, however they didnt do anything to help during the actual appointment nor give me advice. They kind of rushed me out. Giving three stars for the customer service though.

I had gotten some hearing aides thru bacharach and the staff was awesome and friendly and made sure that I was happy with them
