I’ve been here a couple of times and have had service above and beyond expectations, for an excellent product. Recently, woman at the front assisted me in matching difficult colors on furniture I had to repair. She offered great tips, helping me successfully complete my projects. I just wish I learned her name to give her proper credit!

Was great for years accommodating friendly then named changed gradually got new clueless Unfriendly staff and been down hill ever since. They say we can order for ya oh we had it we can order for ya over and over. Won’t hold anything for ya on a big order never have what ya need and just not the place I’d ever go sadly my company has an account there and until I push for change guess I’m stuck but I’m done goin in.. I guess the “good old days “ is true I loved that place enjoyed goin just to say hi but things change. All the 5 stars are true for the time a year ago I’d of gave 10 stars!

Im sues husband, joe . i am a union floor installer. as you can tell not great with computers. i also didnt know anything about painting even though we always ollowed the painters up on the jobsite. been going to Soltz paints off and on now for over 15 yrs. everytime ive gone everyone there was more than helpful and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions ive ever had no matter how rIdiculous they may have sounded . one of my experiences the person at the counter even told me to go across the street to the hardware store to get a better deal for what i was looking for . WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT? THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. and thru all tyhe help they given me over the years ive actually become a pretty good painter, thinking about changing my first name to LEONARDO . THANKS SOLTZ . by the way this uis the first review ive ever written about ANYTHING
