Sales associate was friendly and accommodating during first few interactions. Obtaining pricing on products was a challenge and seemed to be unavailable on some products. Sales associate became extremely unprofessional and rude when some products were purchased elsewhere and hung up on us. Sales associate was well aware of products being looked at elsewhere and understood our budget. Ultimately was unable to reach budget on one particular product, however, we were still prepared to purchase multiple other products. Contractor came highly recommended by friends and family and I am extremely disappointed with experience.
