The instant I walked in the store, I immediately blurted out “Damn”. I’ve never been so amazed at how bright and roomy a grocery store can be before, I felt myself actively decompress and felt immediately at home just walking through the front door. The staff here seem very friendly and their selection is very wide, and my favorite feature of the store is how high the ceilings are, it’s nuts how much space you have to shop in here. If I could give this place 69420 stars I absolutely would, I drove up here from Illinois to do some errands and I’m so glad I accidentally stumbled upon this place, it’s 100% worth the drive from anywhere

Clean, well lit store. Decent selection. Went here to shop for our last meal in the area. I was looking for steaks with all the trimmings. Our friends in the area said this was the place to go. They did NOT lie. Bought a stack of 2 NY strips. A little pricey but was well worth it. I have to say that was the best meal we had in Wisconsin.

I always enjoy going here. Large selection so I know that they literally have everything. I just recently signed up for theyre texting program and it has great deals! Highly recommend.

I want to like Festival more than I do. The people there all seem to be really nice. They have a pretty great butcher counter with staff that seem to know what they’re doing. The people in produce are always friendly and willing to lend a hand. The thing that keeps me from that fifth star is the relative limited selection on many items I’m interested in and the PRICES. Now, they have an excellent selection (from what I can see) in many different areas, but it always seems to be “lacking” when I’m looking for something specific. But the prices? Easily the highest in the area. Honestly if they dropped them a bit, I’d go out of my way to shop here because of the staff.EDIT: I’ve been back now more than a few times since I considered this review, and the pricing seems to be more in-line with the rest of the area. The staff continues to impress with their service and friendliness, so I’ve added a star.

The liquor manager is do nice there. If they are out of something I need, they will order it for me.

Love this place, as well as pick n save. Youll find deals on almost everything in here but the prices for select brands are still more expensive than pick n save or Walmart; Like sodas and drinks for an example

Went there to find lunch. Mondays they have four large pieces of lasagna and a loaf of bread for $11. My wife and I split one for dinner with a salad she made. Shes bringing one for lunch tomorrow to work. And I still have a piece left over. I like how the stores laid out & how friendly, helpful everybody is.😊

Festival Foods is good for a once in awhile shopping stop, as their pricing is above the local medium. They have a great deli selection and stunning produce variety! You do pay for what you get. I often find the staff here is amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. The cleanliness of this store is superior as well.

Awesome as always. Has a special text offer. No item was available as they had already sold out. The store manager sent someone to another store to get the product. Awesome customer service!

CHECK YOUR DATES!if youre going to shop at the Festival in Somers, make sure you check your dates on the food items, I go here regularly (for convenience, no on wants to be stressed at Walmart, or Meijer, and its closer to me than pick n save) everytime I go, and I do mean EVERY TIME, Ive picked up expired food and had to put it back, or Ive been inconvenienced to have to go back to the store to make an exchange, or I just chuck it up as a loss because I dont feel like going back out with all my kids, Its gotten to the point Im thinking theyre doing it deliberately. When I say expired I dont mean by just a day Im talking days, and alot of the times weeks and months past expiration. This has been an issue before the pandemic, so short staff or blaming the pandemic is null and void. Ive called the store, ive spoken to management theyre all very nice but they dont seem to care, if I call and tell you about an item thats expired by the months and go back the next day and its still a large amount on the shelf, that means you dont care.

Love this store! Moderately priced, but has a HUGE selection of foods and goods. The deli selection is also superb! Anywhere from cold cuts, to hot foods, this deli does not disappoint. Look for coupons and savings throughout the store for a good bargain. Friendly staff and clean store!

Lots of variety, really good health food section with a lot of different diet options. Very nice deli, the one drawback is the cost. The biggest drawback for me is almost everything that I purchase from woodmans cost around 10-15% less than festival. I feel as if Festival is overpriced on a lot different foods excepecially the health foods. Good store overall just got to do something about those prices!!

Freaking awesome!! We got 4 lobster tails for $24!! Plus 2 Prime Rib steaks and 2 sides ... we only soent about $56 total...this is our New Years Day Dinner!

Love the store and selection however a employee named Patty felt very entitled about having the right away with her meat cutting cart while we were shoping produce. She walked away speaking very loud and poorly about us. Then when I asked for her name she covered her name tag up. Such a shame because the store is so nice.Would have been 5 stars without Pattys poor choices.

Ive literally never been to a nicer, calmer, or more well stocked grocery store in my life. Everything is in its place, fresh, and on point. Maybe my standards for grocery stores is just so low (looking at you, Kenosha Walmart👀) but Im so impressed. Good job, Festival Foods!

I just moved to Kenosha. I have been to this store twice now, and it has literally been the best experience. I felt like I was dreaming. Every staff member was helpful and extremely nice. The store has everything and is spotless! Customer service has gone downhill at most places, but not here! Even during this horrible pandemic, they are all truly sweet. I am very grateful that this is my new local grocery store!

Love this festival. The one on 80th is good too, but the people at this one are usually nicer and seem happier, and this store is always less crowded and has bigger isles. Otherwise the merchandise offerings are basically the same at either.

I only shop here as a last resort. It is over priced. And Im not sure if their ventilation is set up properly or what but the seafood section is overbearing to say the least.

We needed dinosaur cupcakes made for our grandsons birthday. I called a few places and they couldnt do anything for us. I called Festival and they were so helpful. They made some suggestions and we got just what we wanted. They tasted as good as they looked. Everyone loved them. Thank you bakery department
