Went there to pick up an online order, the people were super helpful and friendly. I have been there once before and had a similar experience, great people, nice place.

Dont even think about buying spray paint here - wasted 2 trips and 2 cans dont work.

I took my battery over there for them to charge it for me and they took the battery let it sit there for the next day and do nothing to the battery trying to make me buy a battery if you know you cannot charge the battery why are you taking it just tell me that you don’t charge batteries you have the option, you’re not doing the job she trying to sell me battery my is brand new battery is that the Car be sitting for so long

Good store but all too often does not have parts in stock I am looking for. Will offer to order the parts but usually for more then it would cost me to remove them from the loop entirely and just order the part online myself. Which is what I end up doing

Needed new battery. 8 in morning. Guy helped me change it, gone in ten minutes. Gave me some good used car advice as well.

On 2012 I bought a battery lifetime guarantee on that time and now I went to exchange and they said they cant find my name and they lied to the customers when they sell something thats not true

Went there today. Not that busy. prices were OK, nothing awesome. Fairly good selection of things to chose from. Probably will go again. Did have to wait in line a while, even though not that busy.

Im a regular at autozone, but sometimes coming to this location is not always convenient because they usually dont have the parts I need however service here is great. The staff are very helpful even if you dont know much about mechanics. They never give you a hard time at this location and the prices here is similar or sometimes lower than their competitors Advanced Auto parts across the street.

I have been doing business on a commercial level with advance auto for many years. I bought 2 batteries for my F250 a few days ago online. Just got around to picking them up tonight...Or at least attempting to. Not only do the stores hours online say they close at 8:30PM yet when I got there at just past 8:00PM they had already locked their doors and apparently close at 8PM. The young kid stocking the shelf completely ignored the fact I was at the door 5 ft in front of him to just pick up the batteries I had already paid for but went behind the counter and sat down and waited for me to leave so he didnt have to speak with me. Im going to consider taking all of my commercial purchases in the future to a competitor so I dont have to deal with that type of poor customer service ever again...

$20 part was purchased and burned my car while it was installed. The car could not start. I spent more than $1,000 to repair it at the dealers shop. Afterwards irresponsible, bad service, will not come here again, advise you to be careful to buy any parts in this shop.

Came to advance auto parts after going to auto zone directly across the street. Auto zone told me my battery was good when in fact I knew it was not AAP checked my battery with a more advanced battery diagnostic machine and Jen this female changed my battery with in 15mins. Big up to Jen I appreciate your dedication to your customer service.

Good place for your basic needs. Personal is not to knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. Usally a wait, and under staffed. Pricing is a little high then most, but more conveniently located... If you know excatly what you need. Then i recommend this place...

Neighborhood is very shady but the people at the store are great.

Whenever I need something I always go here. They have a very patient and understand staff that will answer your questions and even went looking in the parking lot with me because I thought I dropped a large sum of cash.

One staff member acting as the cashier, parts person and customer service rep. To 4 customers. Everyone was waiting their turn.

Staff has very little education in car parts. We have a commercial account with them, their commercial manager does so poorly at his job we now use their competitor, luckily theyre right across the street. If you have time to waste with incorrect parts and pricing errors, as well as poor attitudes, this is the store for you
