This has been one of the most awful buying experiences ever. Purchased over $20k of equipment from them. Shipping was a fiasco and stuff came in sporadically. No one knows anything in the office and everyone just claims they are waiting on someone else. Nearly $2k of equipment never arrived and they tell me it is discontinued yet I can’t get them to issue a refund after inquiring nearly every other day for the past 2 months. And don’t even get me started on the financing scam!This place is a joke with unethical and border line illegal business practices. I doubt I will ever see my refund so here is this pleasant review for your lack of effort and customer service! Do Not Do Business with these people. I promise you will regret it!

I purchased and own several pieces of equipment from this company, including... 5 motorcycle lifts, tire machine, vehicle lift and several other items. Im in need of parts and it appears this company is no longer in business. I have tried to call them for several days, no answer at any of their contact, and no return calls. Some of the numbers simply ring 100 times and no option to leave a message. Ive also reached out by email.

This company was pretty good a few years ago when I purchased at least $20,000 of equipment from them. Now? They wont answer phones. They wont reply to emails. I need parts for my machines, and they seem to have closed their business. Either that, or they have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I dont recommend this company to anyone!

Drove 40 minutes to buy tire machine. When I got there they didnt have anyone working and closed. Called toll free number no help at all .Previously did business with store in Delaware and was extremely satisfied. Business went from first choice to last resort
