I do not recommend this Wawa. I ordered a Chicken Parm hoagie. They added tomatoes I didnt want and didnt add tomato sauce which is STANDARD. The sandwich was not toasted, meaning the chicken was cold and the cheese was not melted. As the photo shows, 90% of the spinach (and unwanted tomatoes) is on one side of the sandwich. This isnt the first time Ive gotten a completely wrong hoagie from here.

We ordered 2 chocolate smoothies, it had all the small pieces of Oreo wrapper. We threw those 24 ounces right away. Wawa has been my go to place for hot coffee and breakfast items, such a thing of mishandling food and not being careful while preparing was never expected. Never gonna buy any kinds of cold beverages from now on.Hope they take such incidents seriously and coach their staff working behind the counter.Peace!

1 Star is generous for this Wawa. My smoothie must’ve been lost in their system as I watched people get drinks and food from the counter for 15 minutes without getting mine as I was ignored by the staff. I love wawa but this broke my heart as I’m not native to NJ and only get to enjoy it once in a blue moon; my day is ruined as well as my faith for Wawa. Please do better

Waiting in line to pay for my food the wawa cashier was to busy play whit his phone, finally after a few minutes she decided to put her phone down. Seriously?

There is never coffee on the weekends they have all of those people there and cant make coffee but they can talk to each other well

I brought chicken clam chowder with a sandwich. I hadnt brought this item for a long time back in 2016 so I decided too. The chicken clam chowder was water down and I was totally disappointed 😔 I brought the family size because I remembered how good it was I wasted my money so sad will not buy again.

I like the food at Wawa but during this Covid-19 pandemic people walk in store with no masks which is not good because it puts people at risk. Secondly, managers are not enforcing it in this store. And I see pulling down of mask while preparing people food as workers talk. I dont want no one talking over my food because saliva particles can go into food when talking. Seem like this store is starting to forget what not to do ethically. Dont feel as comfortable like I use to with this store.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ive ordered door dash from this Wawa several times and every single time theyve either given me a completely different order or theyve forgotten something. The last order they forgot a smoothie (which are kinda expensive) and when I ordered today they gave me a quesadilla instead of a sandwich like I ordered. Doordash always gives me my money back on their app but its never worth the trouble.

Workers were not paying attention. There were conversations going on in the back while several people were waiting for their orders. I waited 10+ minutes for my order and did not receive it. I left as an irritated customer without my order.

Can you stock apple gift cards? I keep buying debit gift cards that don’t work for my phone 😭 all in all this wawa is great!

Just an example of how one bad transaction can cause a business to lose a customer fun fact a customer is worth 250k to a corporation over their lifetime they should respect us as such. Stale bread, nasty employees, store is filthy, and to make matters worse the employees dont seem happy at all.

None of the employees wore masks properly and continued to not care after I politely mentioned something.

I remember when Wawa was a treat now theyre EVERYWHERE. This new yes another new Wawa is Great staff and customer service in the Morning very friendly people and service and I have no complaint or problems here.

Sandwiches are never good, & the soup servings are so wrong they pour more soup than noodles. If I get a family size soup feels like I’m getting a small soup with lots of soup. Seriously I don’t understand why this wawa sucks at making food. Smh very disappointed

Good store especially for late nights, but my only problem is that everytime I purchase a coffee the tops always comes off and theres always a big mess. Can you purchase a better quality of cups or tops.

These people don’t know how to make food the Wawa way. Skip this one and go to the next wawa. . I order a hot turkey and they game me something else so I ask for the right sandwich and this time they made it with almost nothing on it. I am not paying $6 for just bread and cheese.

Went today and everything went as planned. The store is remodeled and it’s nice to go to a wawa that has that fresh update. They also have premium AND Super gas. Place was clean, service was fast, and service was great. In the end it’s like any other wawa that’s well managed.

Need to have better customer service via online and though formal complaints..Train your employees to know how to handle discounts promised and wawa rewards!!Coffee makes me sick sometimes.. and i know its their coffee because I do my own cooking.The guys at the gas pumps are always pretty cool and pretty fast, and yes its pretty cheap here, but its cheaper at Gulf on Hamilton St.Free air, the fact that they have public restrooms, and are open 24 hours are the best things about this place.

There is something wrong with the WaWa app. Use the kiosk or you could wait 20 min for you order. The people are friendly, but even if you pay for your order it may be ready after people who have not arrived or ordered yet. Very crowded at lunchtime. Still good gas prices.

Horrible experience here, waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and overheard an employee saying she would spit on my food and other nasty comments.

Place is dirty,The bathrooms are dirtyThe hot chocolate machine is dirty is looks like it hasn’t been clean in months from top to bottom, the coffee service area also dirty the area were the donuts and bread are also dirty,If selling food or drinks the area should be clean considering is a high traffic area, the guys restocking are literally putting the stuff on top of the old stuff, the sandwiches are not good at all, the staff are talking to their friends from the area im guessing and when ask for help they get an attitude for interrupting their conversation,Saturday 12 8:00pm 2019

I had a bad experience at the gas station at this wawa at route 27 at new brunswick the guy there talked to me really bad.he said.my credit card was not working at the gas pump the problem was.. because he was putting it as credit card...but instead.try to help me out..and put it as debit..he told me you card doesnt work..bye.i had to called the manager..

I like going here .good menu and you find the on the go products .but ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT..one time i check theys charge me more than usually so next time i ask for my receipt .i dont know if was an accident theys dont realize .but they chargeme twice something so i tell the cashier .i was in a rush so i decide to take the extra product so i dont have to lost my time while theys make me the refund because i will have to wait for the manager so i take the product anyway i will use it after..But next day no even many days.next day..diferent cashier .so i dont know is a problem with the scanner .but happen again charging me 3 times one product .and usually im in a rush so idont have the time for wait so i have to take the product which the cashier was agree since she saw her mistake....since i will just pass by if necessary . and if i go again i will ask my receipt.Theys dont even ask if you wantit .theys just skippit...so check you bill.

Little skimpy on the toppings of my jr sandwich and forgot the spinach. Didn’t feel like going back tho. Also long register line :-/ pls open up 2 registers when it gets crowded. Thanks.

Writing this review as I’m waiting for my food, but waiting 20+ minutes for my food is pretty ridiculous when it’s 11:18pm on a Monday night. And when i came in, there wasn’t a lot of people.

Great people great coffee

Staff is professional and nice however, your policies for having headsets and communication devices on staff members who make your food is disgusting and dangerous. Your staff uses a walkie talkie to speak to other staff members, while making food and they are not changing gloves. Some of them grab supplies while wearing gloves and go right back to making sandwiches. Someone will get sick, you you can be sued.

Real good food

Gas station is always full, yet there are always cones on 3 or more pumps, the attendants stop and talk to people holding you up further. Sandwhiches are too small for the money they charge

Deli didnt make my sandwich how i wanted it, also made me sick. Never going there again
