If you have time to waste this is your place. They definitely take their sweet time getting to patients.

A few months back, I suffered an eye injury. Dr. Nichols worked me in immediately and followed through for weeks until I was fully healed. Wonderful care and experience throughout. Staff is also great!

I would strongly not recommend going to Eye Health of Somerset. Im going to be honest and say that having to come in for your yearly check up just to keep getting contacts is easily one of the worst days of the year. The staff are extremely rude and that is not even the worst part. The worst part is that they constantly overbook beyond their capacity to even seat the people that have appointments. This turns out to be a 3-4 hour event every single time you go.

If you are having problems with your eyes they are very professional and do everything to make you better would recommend to family and friends

The Doctor was nice but for someone with insurance and needing glasses you dont haveh much to choice from and even those are ugly.

I have been many times before with great service but they ordered glasses that I could not see out of so 2 months later we reordered with different prescription, still cannot see. They were very unfriendly and wouldnt even let me in the office last time to adjust them. I am very unhappy for spending $300+ on glasses that I cannot see out of.

I was here with a friend, choosing glasses, I observed excellent customer service. The climate was always positive, totally focused on the customer’s need! Impressive!

Extremely professional not prejudiced against any customer in they do everything they can to help service our needs. Out of all the eye doctors in Somerset this is the one that I have always came back 2 through the years. I just want to say that they have amazing staff and doctors, I always thought that when somebody says that they feel like they are at home at a place like this it sounds corny, but really and truly thats what its like there.

Was not happy with the service provided by the optometrist. He was not personable at all, I felt like he wanted to see how quickly he could get my money, after I had to wait an hour after my appointment time. They wanted to dilate my eyes AFTER I had my exam (which seemed rather odd to me), on top of this, the women at the front desk were rude. The optician kept asking personal questions about religion, which also made me feel uncomfortable. Overall this place is very unprofessional and I regret going here, definitely will not go back.
