The store is always well kept, clean and organized. The pharmacy staff seem to walk to the beat of their own drum 😳 At one time I would speak highly of the pharmacy staff. BUT after going through half hour waits inside as well as in drive thru as well as them playing hide n go seek with my meds. I no longer get my meds from there.

Dont expect to get a COVID test here.They demanded paperwork to be printed out that wasnt required or provided. After a 45 minute wait to get to the window they attempted to tell me results will take 3-4 weeks to receive. It seems they dont want to do the tests. We will be transferring all our RX elsewhere.

My mom was sending a fed ex package for the 1st time and didnt know how to do it. Instead of the lady being nice and friendly when trying to explain things to my mom, she was extremely rude and down right mean. She should NOT be working with the public.

I used to live in Somerset. I was in diabetic keto acidosis and I have insulin on file. I ask to purchase syringes to take said insulin, I needed to pay cash because my insurance had lapsed. The pharmacist refused, so I had to go to the ER and pay an outrageous bill for a freaking insulin shot where I literally had my insulin in my hand and on file. Walmart is so much better, if thats saying anything. My wife needed a prescription transferred 7 years later after this incident. They told her to wait until the morning because they only had one pharmacist? The only reason I bring up my experience is to illustrate how terrible this pharmacy and people are even 7 years later. Do not go here if you need anything related to being healthy.

If I could rate this Pharmacy lower than a 1 I certainly would, I had a sick wife at home arrived at drive thru, and the completely rude young girl that is generally always at the drive they said they were closed I said no it’s 9:59, she is the most inconsiderate and rude person ever and she gives this whole company a bad name, then I ask to speak to her supervisor which is a pharmacist, who was of no help either because he says it’s 10:01 by the time I got to speak with him that they couldn’t help me. Really be a place that would benefit hiring some human people to work!

The cashier touched my three month old baby’s bare skin. Without consent. In the middle of a pandemic. What the f is wrong with people.

The worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacists (Larry and Vick primarily) are friendly and helpful, however, it appears they’ve been forced to take on an impossible work load since Rite Aid and Kmart closed. Every time I pick up my prescription, there is an issue. Would not recommend if you’re looking for speedy, efficient service.

Terrible people the pharmacist is down right rude and told me I couldnt get my medicine filled for three more days even after the doctor okay it

Horrible! I called to see if both of my insurances were run through and they said they would. I arrived 4 hours later to pick up my prescription and they were charging me full amount. I asked them if they had processed my secondary insurance and they said they did not... then during the process they did not know how to process the secondary insurance and told me there were issues with the insurance (which is the same Ive had for years). It is always an hour wait with them and they never have the prescriptions ready. I am never going back to this Walgreens.

My go to pharmacy. Open 24/7 and always ready to help. Ive been here during the day and late at night, each visit has been a pleasent one.

I go to Walgreens very frequently and everytime I go, I’m always greeted by this sweet young girl at the beauty counter. She’s always so helpful and nice. Even if I’m not there for the make up, she still helps me find what I need. Everytime I walk in, I feel like I’m home. Such a great environment!

The pharmacy service is the worst l have ever seen anywhere. Since buying out riteaid the bad service got even worse. Why would you take on more customers when you can not handle the ones you have. GREEDY, thats why. I will never go back to this location. Oh and dont bother trying to call them either unless you want to be on hold for an hour or more.

It seems like all the pharmacy staff hate their jobs. They are rude and consistently unhelpful. I transferred my medicines to another pharmacy, I rather not deal with jerks.

Would of gave it 0 stars if I could. Since they bought out rite aide they were not prepaired for the customer influx. It took me over 30 minutes just to drop off my script. No thank you I switched to cvs plus they screwed up refilling all my scripts when they switched everything over. No thank you dont use this pharmacy.

Only here because Express Scripts requires it. I pay oop for all my meds that I can afford at West Somerset pharmacy rather than deal with Walgreens. Tried 4 times to pick up a script and every time has been next day wait. I dont understand. Support local when you can!!!!

This location cannot fulfill prescriptions from out of state, which is a problem for those traveling to the lake. I have to change travel plans so that I do not have to deal with this pharmacy!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I absolutely abhor this place. I have never had an issue with the store itself but the pharmacy and pharmacy staff is a hot mess. I have addressed my concerns with corporate but nothing is ever done. The pharmacy techs have been rude to me, refused to fill my prescriptions, told me they were out of my medicine, told me that my insurance wouldnt pay for things when I knew it was lie(I know this because I went to another pharmacy right after and had no issues), and you always have to wait an hour or longer for your medication. The pharmacist hides back in the corner and youre lucky to get him/her to come out and talk to you. I refuse to use this pharmacy. The rest of the store is okay but overall, they get a big thumbs down from me.

The pharmacy wouldnt sell me clariton d because my wife & I arent from here, shes a professional traveling nurse. I was pre judged because I have a beard & tattoos, the female pharmacist said that she couldnt sell to anyone not from the local county. We have Virginia ids, were here for a few months contract. My wife went in & amazingly she was able to purchase the clariton d with an outta state licence. Its not our fault that your county is ridden with drug addicted trash & this blonde gal didnt like my look, Ive got thousands of dollars worth of nice tattoos, and drive a 75 thousand dollar dually pick up and probably have more education than she does. My problem was that we live on the road & used to use Walgreens for anything around the country...not anymore, if youre going to be lying about rules your corporation wont prosper from me. Just be consistent with your rules.

The only reason I gave a one star was so that I could leave a comment. I have used this walgreens for almost 10 years but I will be finding a new pharmacy soon. The last 4 times I have went through the drive thru, Ive had to wait on average 10-20 minutes to usually be told Im sorry but your prescription isnt ready yet. When I do complain about having to wait so long, I got told by the gentleman that it is a corporate problem and the is nothing the somerset store can do. Well maybe if you hired people who will work instead of standing around talking something would get done. I dread going to Walgreens anymore. Guess I will take my prescriptions to Kroger cause this Walgreens sucks!

When the line is down the isle and one person checking people in and out of pharmacy. The pharmacy tech Ashby behind the counter was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy, is horrible, they wont help you, if you call to talk to the pharmacist expect an hour or more wait on the phone.
