As a contractor, I went to Horner with high expectations because of who they supposedly are and even opened an account there. What I came to find out quickly is that they have unreliable, unresponsive and extremely shady sales reps. DO NOT send your clients there, youll probably regret it. 👎👎👎

I love my front door and Phantom Screen installed by Horner Millwork. Having a Phantom retractable screen doesnt take away from the beauty of the door, and allows me to open the door for fresh air.

We live in a 1925 house and recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen and worked with Rebecca on designing the cabinet layout. It was such a pleasure to work with her! We met with Rebecca many times throughout the process as there were so many choices to be made. We specifically requested glass pull-up cabinets to display my husband’s antique collection and she recommended StarMark Cabinetry. The cabinets were exactly what we were looking for and all cabinets were customizable to deal with the unevenness that comes with remodeling older homes. She also offered valuable suggestions along the way for things we had not thought of. Whenever we asked for her opinion she was always very honest and straightforward which we appreciated. She truly cares about all of her customers. For us the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the house and we could not be happier with the end result! Our kitchen looks stunning! Nice guys but TERRIBLE QUALITY materials! Product sold as mahogany but turns out to be much cheaper wood. No customer service follow up despite my requests. First time... last time! Save money and disappointment... buy it online.

I can’t believe how helpful, competent and kind Mike Sollecito was to me. He went above and beyond to make my experience absolutely delightful! He assisted me in choosing cabinet hardware for my kitchen, pantry, bar area, guest bath and master bath. The process was quite daunting but he was extremely patient, and he broke things down for me, so it was manageable. The result was perfection! He was also instrumental in connecting me with another company that created the backsplash of my dreams for my kitchen. I am over the moon happy! I highly recommend Mike and Horner Millwork. I also had dealings with Steve Pichette regarding the hardware for all my doors. Again, the result was wonderful. Horner also designed our staircases and front Dutch door. We couldn’t be more pleased with their workmanship and service. We would not hesitate to work with this fine company in the future. Great customer service, great products, and great craftsman!!!

There doesnt seem to be any management. Sales reps appear to beindependent which leaves the customer with no recourse. After waiting months for windows and calling weekly i was finally told that the windows had arrived and would be delivered the following week.Two weeks later I called and was told that when they opened the crate, ALL the windows were broken and had to be reordered! An obvious lie to stall for more time. When asking for a manager I was redirected to another sales rep. No accountability.Buy your windows and doors elsewhere and save the aggravation.

So your customers reflects your employees maybe they should give better reviews and be more patient with people when they go out. Instead of acting like a mule.

I am extremely unhappy with my front door which i purchase from Horner . I spent more than 6 K for this door but its not working properly . I am not able to unlock my front door . I have called multiple times for this serious safety issue but nobody bothers to call or email . I am very unhappy with the customer service and will never again recommend anyone to buy anything from here
